I'm an air traffic controller and ever since I started taking alpha brain I've noticed a big difference. Call it a placebo affect or whatever this stuff is legit. I've always been good at my job you have to be. But since I've started taking Alpha Brain I've been even more on point. Not just work but even my Jiu Jitsu has improved. Feels like you understand the technical things a little better. I love this stuff.

I'm a business owner that actively takes AB. It definitely helps with focus and overall thought-flow. It's especially helpful when I have to write a lot. I only take 1 capsule per day - the recommended dose is 2. There are a couple side effects to be aware of. I get some stomach issues sometimes when taking it, especially with a larger dose. I also get very vivid and sometimes lucid dreams while activiely taking it, although this is sort of a positive side effect for me. If I could give this product a 4.5/5 I would. Overall a very positive experience with AB.

I do not feel like Alpha Brain contributed to my mental clarity or ability to focus through my day. Gave it an honest months try but I did not see any significant results. There may have been some minimal stimulus during the morning hours but nothing a strong cup of coffee wouldn’t provide.

Would 100% recommend to anyone of any age. I started using Alpha Brain months ago and immediately noticed the upswing in my mental clarity. I’m 65 and live how it works for me. It is so good i turned my sons 21 and 24 on to it. One working on his bachelors degree other masters in kinesiology, said help immensely with study habits

This product actually did the opposite of what is advertised. I took this supplement and a couple hours later I was talking on the phone and I could not piece together complete thoughts. I tried this product a second day and had the same issue. The sample was free so i give it an extra star but this is not the product for me. Not recommended.

This stuff works great for a afternoon pick me up. Focus while multitasking is drastically improved. Absolutely love it and it will be a staple supplement in my stack for years to come. Plus with onnits moneyback guarantee you’ve got nothing to lose!!!

Taking this supplement, honestly, I haven't notice a difference. But maybe I need to wait for another few days. So difficult for me to say if it works or not. But let's give it a few more days and see what happens. Would like to hear what others have experienced. The only negative so far is the price but in saying that I need to give the supplement a few more days to see if it has a true effect. Will give another review later down the line to really say if it's truly worth buying again.

Really enjoyed this and will be subscribing to Alpha Brain. The one thing I am curious about and wanted to bring up (and maybe this is already a discussion at Onnit) but is there a way to create a recycle program for the old bottles that we could send back and Onnit recycle/re-use? I feel like these bottles probably get tossed in the trash a lot and to try and make less of a footprint, maybe something like that could be initiated? Just a thought, love you guys, thank you so much for this product!

About an hour after taking my very first capsule (then every one after) I noticed a deep uncomfortable pressure in the front of my head and behind my eyes. It felt like the beginning of a migraine but never progressed. I stopped taking the after 3 days and passed them along. 1 capsule 2 times a day for 3 days

Alpha brain has been a game changer for me! My Clarity had been getting foggy when I heard of this product, so I had to try it out. My thoughts and my extension of thoughts via words have been much clearer lately. I have had deeper conversations with everyone around me and am able to recall memories I hadn’t thought of in years.
