was very excited from the reviews, had to give this product a shot, took it for two months little or no effect, every now and then I could see a difference, but with a price tag where it is at, can' t justify spending the $ there are other products out there, I would easily recommend over this product any day

I’m not going to rate the product badly just because my body reacted badly to it. I took it as suggested twice and both times it made me quite sick to my stomach and made me feel light-headed. I take other supplements but have no idea if something reacts negatively to it. I will wait a while and then try again.

Just finished my first bottle and I know it did something. Mental health doesn't seem to be my thing, so take this for what it is worth; I have had two really good days in a row. That hasn't happened this year, until now. Not a lot of other changes, so I am 100% getting another month to see what happens.

I have been experimenting with it and was not able to feel a response until 4 pills and a cup of black tea. 4 pills by themselves don't work. I have not noticed the lucid dreaming though I have yet to test it on jet lag. I would still recommend it because it may work for others.

This is a great product as far as efficacy and quality, but is over priced/underdosed. I had to stop purchasing this and ordered a few of the raw individual ingredients instead. I wish I could afford this, but 2 pills per day just wasn’t giving me benefit. 3-4 would. But for the $$$ just isn’t an option for me. Love onnit and what they do, however. If your budget allows, then Alpha Brain is where it’s at.

It definitely have an extra edge of energy clarity and focus and glow. Nothing crazy, but I take high grade lions mane, cordyceps, L-Theanine, turmeric, Chaga, reishi, mushroom D2 & zinc already.. sometimes also take Genius Gamer and don't recommend mixing the two, unless you're in a high energy situation, it's too much otherwise. The fact that I noticed a slight edge over my normal stack is why I give it 3 stars.. maybe if it's the only thing you take it makes a bigger impression. Overall a solid mixed nootropic.

I've had attention issues much of my life. I hated taking stimulants because they lead to other issues, mentally and physically. Since I started taking Alpha Brain, I've had a genuine improvement in my ability to focus. I'm very aware it could be the placebo effect, but if the results are the same, then what do I care? Alpha Brain a great product that has significantly helped me be more productive and attentive. I look forward to getting tasks done without too much rumination or procrastination. I'll definitely be ordering more.

I’ve tried this product over a course of a week and gotten a throbbing headache every single day. I’ve tried numerous “boosters” and while I won’t say I didn’t feel any different, the nausea plus headache made it too difficult to even function let alone enjoy the effects.

At first I thought this would be a bust but it actually does help. I will tell you though it only works if you are working out eating healthy and really trying to better yourself. If not like you just take them and it fixes everything but it does improve your focus especially if your focus is on the right path for success. I can tell a difference and I will continue using alpha brain 🧠

Had a bad reaction to this the first time I took it as directed. I tried it again the next day just to be sure it was in fact Alpha I was reacting to. Same thing. Nauseous, dizzy, generally unwell feeling. It was progressive and lasted most of day, into the evening.
