We had texting done where we learned his body don't produce enough melatonin for his to even sleep. We been seeing different doctors to help with no help each med gave him nightmares. After using this for 2 days my son was able to finally sleep for a full 7 hours at night which he hasn't been able to do for 3 years. He liked that he didnt fight going to sleep but after a few hours he was awake. Maybe he needed a higher dosage. We will give these another try. They taste good, just like a gummy vitamin and don't have an aftertaste. They are soft and not too chewy.

After our week long trip to Orlando, the kids needed a good solid night of sleep. We gave the four year old one gummy and the six and eight year old two gummies. By the time I finished reading the bedtime story, all three were calm and dozing off to sleep. It seemed to work within ten minutes. They slept through the night and woke up refreshed. I'd used melatonin for the kids before but never this brand or gummy form. I'd definitely buy it and recommend it to others. The kids loved he taste and asked if they could have more the next night. As far as taste, my kids said the gummies were hard to chew compared to other brands and the taste could of been better. I wouldn't recommend this product to others. Because my son is bigger for his age I found that 1 gummy wasn't quite enough so I gave him two the next time and it worked much better. It's important to have your child ready for bed at the time of dosing because they need to be lying down within 15-20 minutes. Overall satisfied with this supplement and would recommend if your child has sleeping troubles. I received the product to sample for free but these opinions are entirely my own. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy to have found the "Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies". My 9 year old son has had sleep issues for as long as I can remember. He has had difficulty going to sleep most nights. And I have never been able to get him on a good sleep schedule due to him simply fighting sleep, being restless and/or his busy little mind just not letting him rest. I wanted to find him something that was all natural. The "Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies" are exactly that and they are drug-free. As well as not being non-habit forming. Plus, the gummies are free of artificial colors and preservatives. All which are very important for me to make sure that my son is getting the best, healthy ingredients. The 1 mg melatonin is a great dosage for him. The gummies are not over powering to where it would just knock him out, It lets him simply drift off to sleep gradually. So to start him out I would give him one gummie about 30 minutes before he needed to go to bed to get his recommend 9-12 hours of sleep. We would do our nightly routine to get ready for bed. Then about 15 minutes after taking the gummie he would start getting more relaxed and ready to lay down. 30 minutes after taking a gummie he would have successfully drifted off to sleep. He sleeps through the night and most nights he does not have to take a gummie. He will take one gummie only when needed for one of those now rare restless nights. For the most part the melatonin gummies were able to get his body to where it needed to be and on a routine. I am so happy to have found such a great product that has helped my son. I highly recommend this product for any other mother that is in search of an all natural, safe and effective product to help their children get the sleep they need as well. The gummies are kid approved too, my son likes the natural berry flavor and he says that he is able to relax and sleep good at night and he wakes up feeling great! Success!
