These gummies are perfect because melatonin is naturally occurring within our own bodies. My son will have one an hour or so before bed and he's able to sleep soundly through the night instead of waking periodically. I definitely would recommend these as an alternative to sleep medications for anyone.

I really like this product, it works for my kids all the time but I notice that the container isn't baby/kids proof at all, they can opened easily without pushing down the cap I buy the one with 90 gummy please do something about it. But I still love it 💕

My youngest usually tosses and turns all night and sometimes wakes up nope not here sence she has been taking these she's been sleeping pretty good. I'm very very happy with this product.
