As an adult over 50 years old, I prefer taking children's melotinin. I take 2 gummies and that's all I need to fall asleep. When I take an adult dose, I have bizarre dreams and wake up around 2 in the morning wide awake. This doesn’t happe n with a smaller dosage. They are tasty and easy to chew.

My daughter’s pediatrician recommended she take melatonin to help with sleep. We found these and so far they have helped. I like that each gummy is 1 mg, and it was easy to bump her up to 3 mg (at the direction of her doctor) when 2mg wasn’t helping as much anymore.

They work with out makeing you feel drowsy the in the morning. They are for children how ever I am the one that takes them because the adult gummies are to much . they taste ok and they are a good price.

We usually get zarbees melatonin and chose these because of cost. These things seem to knock our kids out cold despite being the same mg strength. Idk how or why but they’re potent! Kids love the taste. Can’t complain

My kids were constantly getting out of bed after we put them down. The first night they took it they never came out and were quickly asleep and that pattern has continued the past 6 months as well. Best of all, the kids love it and run to get it every night.

These gummies have been a life saver for me. My grandson not only falls asleep extremely fast after receiving them but he loves them and looks forward to getting them every night. I think in his mind they are candy. Ha Ha. The greatest part about these gummies is that they keep him asleep all night and doesn't wake up multiple times a night like he use to. :)

I was extremely nervous to give my child a sleep aid, but one night he came to me in tears so upset that he couldn’t sleep. That was the moment that I thought I have to try something. I love them, I use them for myself and my daughter. It might seem like they don't help because they are 1 mg,but 1 is enough for 1 child and 2 for an adult.

Love 1mg, can cut up for smaller dose for more active days.

Do Not give to your kids! This product should be banned! Gave product to my daughter to try and regulate her sleep schedule, it caused her to have irritability and nightmares. It actually caused her to wake up multiple times throughout the night!
