I have considered melatonin many times but after her recent checkup, both myself and her doctor decided to give it a try. First I love that it's natural. It begins working very quickly, 15ish minutes after given to her. She only needs one gummy. Sometimes I even bite that in half, just because and it still works wonderfully. She sleep easily 10 hours, sometimes more. She also sleeps soundfully and peacefully which isn't a common thing for her. But she is also easily woken up.

We got the Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies to try because the grandkids don't sleep well at night and its driving us insane. I researched products to see what was out there and I just wasn't all that impressed with some of the competitors products for kids. I wanted all natural ingredients and this one has it. So I gave it a shot and it worked. The nine year old now sleeps so much more peaceful - and less kicking thank goodness. The 5 year old does well also but he really didn't need as much help to rest as the nine year old. They both like the taste of the gummies and think they are getting a bedtime treat. My daughter has a hard time relaxing and falling asleep at night, so I was very interested in having her try a product that was 100% drug free, non-habit forming, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free! She loves to eat gummies so I was very happy to see that these Melatonin gummies were Berry flavored and they smell really yummy too.
