As an adult over 50 years old, I prefer taking children's melotinin. I take 2 gummies and that's all I need to fall asleep. When I take an adult dose, I have bizarre dreams and wake up around 2 in the morning wide awake. This doesn’t happe n with a smaller dosage. They are tasty and easy to chew.

We usually get zarbees melatonin and chose these because of cost. These things seem to knock our kids out cold despite being the same mg strength. Idk how or why but they’re potent! Kids love the taste. Can’t complain
