Our entire family uses these melatonin gummies- kids and adults- when we need a reset and need a good night sleep. The gummy texture is easy to cut in half for a 0.5 MG dose. 10/10 recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product and I was very happy with the sturdy and child resistant packaging. When you open the package it doesn't give off a smell like most gummy vitamins or supplements I have had in the past. I was able to give my children each one that day. We normally do not use melatonin everyday just randomly. My son quickly asked if he could have another! I was very pleased as it would not be a fight to get them to take these when needed. The next morning my son stated he slept wonderful! Great product!

My kid has a hard time falling asleep sometimes and we were told melatonin was a good, natural method. So we tried it and it's just the right amount for her to fall asleep and stay asleep all night and wake up refreshed. I have insomnia and I take melatonin as well. It's safe and works long term without side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that these were more natural and the gummies seemed kid friendly, but my daughter did not like the taste, and she had horrible nightmares. It could have been coincidental, but we stopped using them. They may work for you better though.

These are a good value. The taste is better than a lot of competitors and they work well. They do get a bit firmer over time but start out soft.

Fantastic

We have been using this for 3 years (under a Doctors care) and it has completely changed our lives. Before this, I would spend 3+ hours just trying to get my child to bed, and many more hours during the night to get her back to bed. It made for terrible nights and days for everyone who encountered her. Now, she gets her melatonin at 7pm, and by 8pm she is ASKING me to go to sleep. We are still working on sleeping through the whole night- but this has been an amazing step in the right direction. This brand has truly saved my daughters life.

When he takes this a few hours before bed, he is tranquil and his mind is at a state of peace where sleep comes to him with ease. I do see the difference in his sleep patterns now. Bed time is less of a chore.
