In no way does this sway this review. My 4 and a half year old has problems falling asleep. These gummies are so easy and fun for him to take without any fighting. They aren't too tough or sticky to chew and the berry flavor is great for kids. The 1mg per chewy melatonin gummies work quickly for us. Given 20 minutes before bedtime per the bottle label. They are Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Vegetarian and Gelatin free. These are safe and effective for ages 4 and up.

I did not see any difference in there sleeping habits at night. They would each still wake several times a night. I also saw no change in their behavior the next day indicating a more restful sleep.

I gave this to him and 20 minutes later he was asleep and slept through the night until morning. I thought this was effective and I love that it's safe and non-habit forming.

The taste is odd, but not bad in any way-it's like a berry flavor. It is very sticky on your teeth so plan on brushing your teeth after eating this! Let me tell you, after having 1 gummy, I slept like a rock! I don't think I moved all night. I felt rested in the morning, too, and not overly tired. When given to my resistant to go to bed kids, they definitely settled in half the time it normally takes to get them to sleep! It worked wonders and they weren't crabby the next day. I haven't used it every night but bedtime routine has gotten so much easier! A+ product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have been using a generic store brand of Melatonin for a while now. It usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour for them to kick in. I switched them to these new Natrol Gummy Melatonin and WOW!!! I am never switching back!! After one gummy, my kids are sleepy and ready for bed in LESS than 30 minutes, AND they actually stay asleep all night! No more waking up every couple of hours, having to be tucked back in. It is wonderful We are all finally getting restful, full nights of sleep.

I can't say we have a huge problem getting them to sleep but there are generally a few visits to our room before actually falling a sleep. These seemed to lessen those trips or the amount of complaint at bedtime before settling in. The gummies have a great flavor although my kids thought the texture was a bit odd -- I think they were less chewy than expected -- but kids still ate them with no problems. My husband even took a couple :)
