He always gets a good night sleep with these, and doesn't wake up scared, plus when he wakes in the morning he doesn't act like he had any kind of sleep meds. They don't make him feel groggy, these gummies really help him! He loves them! He now asks for one before bed. They are probably the BEST sleep helper I've ever tried for him!

After discussion with my pediatrician, she recommended trying Melatonin. This product was the perfect fit. My child loved the gummy and the flavor of it. Instead of struggling to fall asleep we give her one gummy and she is fully asleep within 30 mintues. It makes for an easier bedtime when she is so wound up that she can't calm herself down. I have also tried it on my other children who are a bit older. They say that it helps them get a more restful night sleep which is exactly what I would hope for. All expectations met so 5 stars from me!

Each child was asleep within 30 min and stayed asleep all night! They even slept in. They woke up and told me they slept great and wanted to take them again the next night! My oldest has been a poor sleeper from the beginning. Her brother, the opposite, he would sleep through the end times and still wake up grumpy-tired. We tried magnesium oil on their feet, homemade tart cherry-honey-salt gummies, straight shots of tart cherry juice, all sorts of routines. Finally my pediatrician recommended trying melatonin. The first ones we tried were from a certain vitamin store chain and did absolutely nothing . Then -enter ray of sunshine and astral music- we stumbled into a test of Natrol kids melatonin gummies. Each one has 1mg of melatonin suspended in an admittedly harder than average thumb nail sized "gummy." They're free of gelatin and vegan so I'm not sure what makes the gumminess. (Neither kid complained about the texture, only me being curious tried one, and thought they were chewier.) I appreciate the lower sugar content compared to a few other brands I saw at said vitamin store, too. So...why do you care? Because with the data out of the way we get to the best part: Our experience has been great. The kids "no electronics alarm" goes off, they take one of these along with their standard vitamins, and begin their bedtime routine. Normally, they'd be bouncing here and there and be constantly reminded "it's bedtime, time for quiet, time for rest etc" EXCEPT now they are both calmer and actually ready for resting♥️. No one is jumping on beds, running in the hall, or playing on the bunk bed. I am hopeful we can finally get into a solid night routine now before returning to school.

I was not previously familiar with Natrol or this specific product line/product. I occasionally give my 6-year-old son .25 mg melatonin to address his nighttime restlessness & difficulty unwinding. Therefore, I was initially excited to try melatonin in the form of a child-friendly gummy. I think Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies taste really great & have been using them myself. However, my son did not enjoy this product & specifically asks to not be given "the gummy." I think he is more put off by the texture than the flavor - as it has a much different consistency than the products that my child associates with the word "gummy." Due to my own enjoyment of this product, I would recommend Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies to anyone seeking a great-tasting melatonin supplement.
