[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes great but it really did not help my daughter fall asleep nor stay asleep. We used it while on our annual roadtrip/vacation this past week. She is autistic and has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar environments. This didnt help as much as i was looking for it to. The gummy texture is nice and the flavor is good too. She did not spot it out. Maybe the 1mg was just not enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used melatonin for my kids before due to hyperactivity to settle them down for bed, this brand seems to work pretty good and they slept through the night which is abnormal for my 5 year old. They both woke up in the mornings fine with no grogginess.

Each child was asleep within 30 min and stayed asleep all night! They even slept in. They woke up and told me they slept great and wanted to take them again the next night! They even loved the taste the 4 year old thought he was eating candy!

The method, the gummies was received well by the kids. They tasted good (I tried one just to see) they were soft enough and not too gummy and hard. Taking them as directed helped settle the little sleepers so they stayed asleep. I would not want to use daily but for times when sleep is difficult to come due to an intense day of play and excitement, these worked. I appreciate the natural option and would buy again.

I was not aware that Natrol made gummies, but we were excited to try these. My daughter commented that she liked the flavor better than the other brand, but that they were "chewier". I tried one, and agree that the taste was better, although the texture seemed to be the same. She was able to fall asleep easily (which is often a struggle!). I would definitely recommend these!

They both like the taste of them and the consistency is good too. The gummies seem to help my children fall asleep faster, but it hasn't been effective in helping my five year old sleep all the way through the night.
