Even though these say for kids I have used them as well :). The flavor is good and I like that they aren't artificial.

I can't say we have a huge problem getting them to sleep but there are generally a few visits to our room before actually falling a sleep. These seemed to lessen those trips or the amount of complaint at bedtime before settling in. The gummies have a great flavor although my kids thought the texture was a bit odd -- I think they were less chewy than expected -- but kids still ate them with no problems. My husband even took a couple :)

We have been using the gummies for about a week, and only one night did I notice that she woke up and was fighting to get back to sleep. In a typical week, she might wake up once or twice. But her behavior is often awful because she doesn't get restful sleep. Her behavior in the past week has gotten better. We just began using them, so I'll continue to give them to her in the hopes that she gets better sleep and her behavior continues to improve.

My children are very hyper and active children, ranging front he ages of 2 to 8. After about 30 minutes of taking a gummy they are out for the night. My five year old is the reason why I wanted to give it a try. She will get up at 8-9 in the morning and will go strong all day and still will refuse to go to sleep at night. There has been times I would have woke up and 1 or 2 a.m. and she would still be awake. But with Natrol kids melatonin gummies she is out within 30 minutes. I loved everything about this product. I will defiantly be buying more in the future.

I have compared him using these vs not, and these work so well! Bonus the flavor is a nice berry that taste like a candy. I appreciate the melatonin is a very low dose, and my son can fall with or without them just takes him longer to settle. I would definitely buy these again!

It took around 16 minutes for him to fall asleep after taking. Will definitely be using them when school starts back. Would recommend.

After discussion with my pediatrician, she recommended trying Melatonin. This product was the perfect fit. My child loved the gummy and the flavor of it. Instead of struggling to fall asleep we give her one gummy and she is fully asleep within 30 mintues. It makes for an easier bedtime when she is so wound up that she can't calm herself down. I have also tried it on my other children who are a bit older. They say that it helps them get a more restful night sleep which is exactly what I would hope for. All expectations met so 5 stars from me!
