We do not regularly use melatonin products, but keep them on hand for nights when it's clear they'll have trouble falling asleep. In the past I have purchased 5 mg gummies and meltaways and cut them anywhere from 1/2 to 1/8 depending on their ages and size. I didn't have a lot of faith that a 1 mg dose would work since they're used to taking more than that. I was wrong!! Natrol not only works quickly but they were able to fall asleep smoothly with no resistance. Some brands actually seem to cause the kids to "fight" the effects - although they seem tired they actually get more wound up and restless. This was not the case with the Natrol gummies. The boys became visibly tired very quickly. We brushed their teeth and got them in bed, and they were asleep within minutes. I am very impressed with the effectiveness of this brand and will definitely seek it out in the future.

It works Great , because my child wakes up in the middle of the night due to restless sleep . I cannot say anything bad about these gummies ,They are Natural Melatonin and non-habit forming . So I was very pleased when I came across these and knew she would love them. Sure enough, her child gobbled it up like candy and fell asleep not too long after. I tried one myself and fell asleep in less than 30 minutes. It was sweet and tasted great! The gumminess wasn't too tough or chewy or felt like it stuck to my teeth. It was just fine.

I honest wasn't expecting it to work like it did but it actually worked pretty well. The gummy didn't feel to hard as some do and it smelled amazing. The kids preferred the gummies to the melt in your mouth tablets they've had previously, but the taste was still a bit medicinal.
