[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes great but it really did not help my daughter fall asleep nor stay asleep. We used it while on our annual roadtrip/vacation this past week. She is autistic and has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar environments. This didnt help as much as i was looking for it to. The gummy texture is nice and the flavor is good too. She did not spot it out. Maybe the 1mg was just not enough.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing! We give my son melatonin a couple times a week because he has autism and has trouble going to sleep with all the energy he has. These are gummies so he thinks they're candy. Super easy to give him and they smell fruity so he loves it. And they worked quickly. About a half an hour and he was tired then another 15 and he fell asleep. Will definitely continue to buy these instead of the ones we used to.

Each child was asleep within 30 min and stayed asleep all night! They even slept in. They woke up and told me they slept great and wanted to take them again the next night! This product is great! My daughter says the gummies taste like orange and are sweet (no flavor complaints). Within about 20 minutes of taking, she unwinds and relaxes, and is ready for sleep. The effect is much similar to Zarbees nighttime cough which I have given to her when sick. In the morning she wakes up bright eyed and ready to go; no grogginess. I use this product sparingly, but when I do it's a godsend.

We have been using the gummies for about a week, and only one night did I notice that she woke up and was fighting to get back to sleep. In a typical week, she might wake up once or twice. But her behavior is often awful because she doesn't get restful sleep. Her behavior in the past week has gotten better. We just began using them, so I'll continue to give them to her in the hopes that she gets better sleep and her behavior continues to improve.
