I gave him a gummy as instructed on the bottle. Within 10 minutes he's begging to go to sleep. As soon as he his head touched the pillow he was out! He slept all night and in the morning was refreshed and in a great mood. I've been looking for a product that will help him get a good nights rest and finally found it!

We like these because they are also vegetarian safe. They seem to help him get sleepy and stay asleep fore the rest of the night. I will be purchasing more Natrol kids gummies in the future and I recommend these to friends.

I've tried just about everything I can think of before trying melatonin. I'm so glad I found this brand. I don't have to worry about whats going in my daughters body because its natural and alcohol free. Its also non habit forming which makes me feel a lot better. If you do try this though, I wouldnt recommend giving this to your child every night. I usually only give this to my daughter if shes having a really hard time falling asleep. Ive noticed that it doesnt make her super drowsy or acting weird. It just helps her fall asleep faster than she normally would. She loves the taste of them so its really easy to get her to take it. It doesnt take too long to start taking effect either, she usually starts dozing off within 40-45 after chewing one of the gummies. These have worked really well for us and i love that its safe. I defienetly recommend!

I had tried liquid melatonin before, and it had worked, but my daughter didn't want to drink it and is older now and can't take pills yet. This was my first time trying the gummies. She loved the flavor and it worked no problem. She only needed it for 2-3 days. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling time zones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never heard of these gummies before and it is really hard to find a 1mg gummy of melatonin in the store. I like to give my kids the smallest dose of anything so they are not getting too much. This is a small dose and worked perfectly for my 7 year old and 10 year old boys. I tried it myself also just to see the flavor but obviously would need to take more than one for it to have the same effect. My kids only took one. I like that these are gummy but not super chewy or hard to chew (we've had some that are and these Natrol ones are sooo much better!). Similar consistency to a fruit snack. The flavor was good. It didn't have that medicine flavor so that was awesome. I would purchase these again and recommend to friends. They took about maybe 30 minutes to kick in for my kids. My youngest has a lot of energy at night so this made a big difference in getting him back on schedule from summer break.

My oldest has been a poor sleeper from the beginning. Her brother, the opposite, he would sleep through the end times and still wake up grumpy-tired. We tried magnesium oil on their feet, homemade tart cherry-honey-salt gummies, straight shots of tart cherry juice, all sorts of routines. Finally my pediatrician recommended trying melatonin. The first ones we tried were from a certain vitamin store chain and did absolutely nothing . Then -enter ray of sunshine and astral music- we stumbled into a test of Natrol kids melatonin gummies. Each one has 1mg of melatonin suspended in an admittedly harder than average thumb nail sized "gummy." They're free of gelatin and vegan so I'm not sure what makes the gumminess. (Neither kid complained about the texture, only me being curious tried one, and thought they were chewier.) I appreciate the lower sugar content compared to a few other brands I saw at said vitamin store, too. So...why do you care? Because with the data out of the way we get to the best part: Our experience has been great. The kids "no electronics alarm" goes off, they take one of these along with their standard vitamins, and begin their bedtime routine. Normally, they'd be bouncing here and there and be constantly reminded "it's bedtime, time for quiet, time for rest etc" EXCEPT now they are both calmer and actually ready for resting♥️. No one is jumping on beds, running in the hall, or playing on the bunk bed. I am hopeful we can finally get into a solid night routine now before returning to school.
