[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 children. Most of them are very good with bedtime, but one in particular really struggles. After discussion with my pediatrician, she recommended trying Melatonin. This product was the perfect fit. My child loved the gummy and the flavor of it. Instead of struggling to fall asleep we give her one gummy and she is fully asleep within 30 mintues. It makes for an easier bedtime when she is so wound up that she can't calm herself down. I have also tried it on my other children who are a bit older. They say that it helps them get a more restful night sleep which is exactly what I would hope for. All expectations met so 5 stars from me!

This product is great! My daughter says the gummies taste like orange and are sweet (no flavor complaints). Within about 20 minutes of taking, she unwinds and relaxes, and is ready for sleep. The effect is much similar to Zarbees nighttime cough which I have given to her when sick. In the morning she wakes up bright eyed and ready to go; no grogginess. I use this product sparingly, but when I do it's a godsend.

We had texting done where we learned his body don't produce enough melatonin for his to even sleep. We been seeing different doctors to help with no help each med gave him nightmares. My son gets wired before bed, it's like he saves his energy to just before bedtime. We needed something to calm and prepare him for bed every so often and Natrol had been great. The gummies have a wonderful flavor and are soft to chew. I noticed when my son takes a gummy before bed that he tends to sleep better without constantly waking and stays asleep longer. I myself have even taken one a few times when I am having a hard time settling for bed and am restless, I felt it has helped me settle into sleep. I like that it's natural and non habit forming so I am comfortable giving to my child. Natrol melatonin gummies will now be a regular in our homes for those restless high energy nights that need settling.
