I would not use this on the regular basis. However, this product did its job and provided a quality nights rest when needed.

My daughter usually has a rough time falling asleep at night and its hard to get her to take medicines to help. When i got these gummies in the mail, we tried them that same night. I didn't have any problem getting her to take them because they were gummies and tasted good. She was asleep within the hour and slept through the whole night. She woke up rested and ready to go instead of waking up groggy. I even tried one myself and it helped me sleep as well. I would definitely buy these and recommend them to any parents that have picky children that dont sleep great. They work wonders!

When my husband and I opened the bottle we told our boys the gummies were "tire" gummies and they immediately wanted them before bed. Our boys are super picky and both chewed them no problem! They calmed down and were out within ten minutes after putting them to bed. This has now become a ritual for the past week giving our boys each a "tire" gummy before bedtime. I had never heard of these before and received them as a free sample for my review. I honestly would recommend these to all parents as it helps calm them down during their bedtime routine. My son it only took one gummy before bed to get him to sleep and be calm . My daughter only a year older needed 2 gummies. Nothing else I tried could get my kids to relax.

We got the Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies to try because the grandkids don't sleep well at night and its driving us insane. I researched products to see what was out there and I just wasn't all that impressed with some of the competitors products for kids. I wanted all natural ingredients and this one has it. So I gave it a shot and it worked. The nine year old now sleeps so much more peaceful - and less kicking thank goodness. The 5 year old does well also but he really didn't need as much help to rest as the nine year old. They both like the taste of the gummies and think they are getting a bedtime treat. Needless to say this old grandma is getting better rest also now.
