It worked wonderful every night to help calm and make my children sleepy when they just didn't seem tired. Both my kids naturally want to be awake all night and sleep all day so I have to be careful and make sure their bedtimes don't change. I love how natural this is and how it doesn't just knock them out but gradually lets them fall asleep

So when I was offered the chance to try the gummys to review, I jumped at the chance. They are definitely kid friendly, my boys (8&5) both liked the flavor. My daughter said they tasted like medicine but it may be because she knew it was medicine. She prefers the fast dissolve strawberry natrol melatonin. Overall it was very effective. I don't know that we'll make the switch but if I had a child who didn't willingly take it it's a great option and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

We were in a cabin with seven or eight kids running around at ten p.m. making tons of noise. My son was complaining that he couldn't fall asleep. The next night, I gave him two gummies a few minutes before bed time and he was literally asleep two minutes after I tucked him in (and the noise was just as bad that night as the night before). We used them for two consecutive nights - he slept well, woke on his own in the morning at his regular time without seeming groggy. We will absolutely be using these again! I highly recommend them.

The taste is odd, but not bad in any way-it's like a berry flavor. It is very sticky on your teeth so plan on brushing your teeth after eating this! Let me tell you, after having 1 gummy, I slept like a rock! I don't think I moved all night. I felt rested in the morning, too, and not overly tired. When given to my resistant to go to bed kids, they definitely settled in half the time it normally takes to get them to sleep! It worked wonders and they weren't crabby the next day. My 4 year old has always had problems going to sleep, even if she ran a marathon all day. Every night me or my husband have to go lay with her in her bed with all the lights off for a good hour or two until she falls asleep. Every night. We'll read her bedtime stories and all that good stuff, but she can't seem to shut her mind off at night. I am so glad that I tried these gummies.
