She seemed to sleep through the night a little better with no noticeable side affects. I love that I'm not giving her anything harmful & she loves the taste! She goes to sleep within an hour after giving her these and gets a good 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. They taste good and arent too gummy like other brands. They are easily chewable for both kids and adults. From day 1 my kids asked if they can havethis type from now on.

Because my son is bigger for his age I found that 1 gummy wasn't quite enough so I gave him two the next time and it worked much better. It's important to have your child ready for bed at the time of dosing because they need to be lying down within 15-20 minutes. Overall satisfied with this supplement and would recommend if your child has sleeping troubles. I received the product to sample for free but these opinions are entirely my own. I also wanted to add that I have no trouble waking him up the next morning!
