They are easy to chew and swallow and they also work extremely well. These have helped my kids fall asleep and stay asleep, which is huge for us! I will continue to use and purchase this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have occasionally given our kids melatonin especially when traveling (and crossing time zones); we've used pills, chewable but never gummies. My kids absolutely loved these gummies. They smelled great right when we opened the container and the texture and flavor was perfect as well. I guess the only downside would be that they taste so much like candy you have to make sure they are only allowed to take the approved dosage. It worked well to calm them down and get them to sleep as well. I will definitely be purchasing these in the future.

I was quite surprised at how well they work. The small dose for me was perfect to assist me falling asleep. My son gets wired before bed, it's like he saves his energy to just before bedtime. We needed something to calm and prepare him for bed every so often and Natrol had been great. The gummies have a wonderful flavor and are soft to chew. I noticed when my son takes a gummy before bed that he tends to sleep better without constantly waking and stays asleep longer. I myself have even taken one a few times when I am having a hard time settling for bed and am restless, I felt it has helped me settle into sleep. These they are begging at night time for them. We have had trouble with two of my kiddos that can't sleep. They are pretty hyper. So when it comes to bed time they used to struggle, cry, and stay up way to late. With the kid gummies they take one about 30 minutes to bed time, I read them a book in bed, and before the book is even done they are sleeping peacefully. They sleep all night and get up in the morning with out the giant fits they used to throw. They are in great moods now and ready to take on the world. I highly recommend Kids gummies melatonin. Thr flavor of the gummies is delicious and they worked really well. I then allowed my children to take them and they worked amazing for them too! My oldest has a lot of trouble sleeping and these gummies helped her to sleep through the night. My youngest has a loy of trouble falling asleep but within about 25 minutes of having a gummy she was sleeping! They really enjoyed the taste of the gummies as well.
