These gummies are perfect because melatonin is naturally occurring within our own bodies. My son will have one an hour or so before bed and he's able to sleep soundly through the night instead of waking periodically. I definitely would recommend these as an alternative to sleep medications for anyone.

We like these because they are also vegetarian safe. They seem to help him get sleepy and stay asleep fore the rest of the night. Natrol Kids Melatonin Gummies was my first experience with such a product. I was skeptical but ended up very pleased with the results. My son liked the flavor. I followed the directions and gave them to him before bedtime. No more bedtime fighting and fidgeting from him. He got to sleep sooner. He stopped waking frequently at night and woke up well rested. I will definitely buy these in the future.

Each child was asleep within 30 min and stayed asleep all night! They even slept in. They woke up and told me they slept great and wanted to take them again the next night! They both like the taste of them and the consistency is good too. The gummies seem to help my children fall asleep faster, but it hasn't been effective in helping my five year old sleep all the way through the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to both of my girls (8y & 2y) before bed, but I mostly saw a difference in the usage of my 2yo. She would sleep more calm and relaxed. They are a bit less squishy than regular fruit snacks, but still chewy. My 8yo didn't really seem to like the cherry flavor, but readily ate it. This was the first time using it and would definitely consider getting them again.

The kids preferred the gummies to the melt in your mouth tablets they've had previously, but the taste was still a bit medicinal. When my husband and I opened the bottle we told our boys the gummies were "tire" gummies and they immediately wanted them before bed. Our boys are super picky and both chewed them no problem! They calmed down and were out within ten minutes after putting them to bed. This has now become a ritual for the past week giving our boys each a "tire" gummy before bedtime.
