It is also a struggle to get her down in the first place. I have always thought about trying melatonin for her but a little anxious as to how I would dose and actually get her to take. These taste great (I tried a few myself) and I had no problem getting her to take them. I love that they are clean and contain no gelatin, which we avoid. After I gave them to her at the recommended time we excitedly waited to see if they would help her nod off more quickly. Nope. Nothing different from any other night. We tried many more times, playing with the time and dosage and just never noticed a difference. She ended up in our room every night! Maybe melatonin just doesn't work for her. I don't regret trying them and would still recommend you give them a shot. People often react differently to supplements. As I said, the product itself is very impressive with clean ingredients and tastes great. Maybe our expectations were just too high.

Both of our girls both need help getting to sleep, they are so busy that around bedtime they have a hard time winding down. Typically bedtime is about an hour without melatonin. However, this product has eased our nightly routine. In under a half hour the kids slowly fall asleep. These gummies are our new preferred brand and product. My son gets wired before bed, it's like he saves his energy to just before bedtime. We needed something to calm and prepare him for bed every so often and Natrol had been great. The gummies have a wonderful flavor and are soft to chew. I noticed when my son takes a gummy before bed that he tends to sleep better without constantly waking and stays asleep longer. I myself have even taken one a few times when I am having a hard time settling for bed and am restless, I felt it has helped me settle into sleep. I like that it's natural and non habit forming so I am comfortable giving to my child. Natrol melatonin gummies will now be a regular in our homes for those restless high energy nights that need settling.

So when I was offered the chance to try the gummys to review, I jumped at the chance. They are definitely kid friendly, my boys (8&5) both liked the flavor. My daughter said they tasted like medicine but it may be because she knew it was medicine. She prefers the fast dissolve strawberry natrol melatonin. Overall it was very effective. I don't know that we'll make the switch but if I had a child who didn't willingly take it it's a great option and I would recommend them to others without hesitation.

This is my favorite product by far. The kids fell asleep fast and slept great for that night. The kids liked the taste of the gummies also which helped in them taking them. When he takes this a few hours before bed, he is tranquil and his mind is at a state of peace where sleep comes to him with ease. I do see the difference in his sleep patterns now. Thr flavor of the gummies is delicious and they worked really well. I then allowed my children to take them and they worked amazing for them too! My oldest has a lot of trouble sleeping and these gummies helped her to sleep through the night. My youngest has a loy of trouble falling asleep but within about 25 minutes of having a gummy she was sleeping! They really enjoyed the taste of the gummies as well. Any time they need to take one I feel comfortable giving them one because they are safe and natural. My kids love the berry flavor and really liked the adorable picture of the monster with his teddy ready to fall asleep in bed. The ingredients are excellent with organic tapioca syrup, organic came sugar, pectin etc. Will continue to buy for my kids. Highly recommend.
