I have considered melatonin many times but after her recent checkup, both myself and her doctor decided to give it a try. First I love that it's natural. It begins working very quickly, 15ish minutes after given to her. She only needs one gummy. Sometimes I even bite that in half, just because and it still works wonderfully. She sleep easily 10 hours, sometimes more. She also sleeps soundfully and peacefully which isn't a common thing for her. But she is also easily woken up.

She goes to sleep within an hour after giving her these and gets a good 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. But after taking one of these he set down and gradually fell asleep. It didn't knock him out.. I was curious about how this would affect him . But he has done wonderfully on this.
