Schedules are so hectic, and when it comes time to wind down, Natrol gummies are a great way to help your child naturally get themselves ready for bed. I have compared him using these vs not, and these work so well! Bonus the flavor is a nice berry that taste like a candy. They taste good and arent too gummy like other brands. They are easily chewable for both kids and adults. From day 1 my kids asked if they can havethis type from now on.

My children are very hyper and active children, ranging front he ages of 2 to 8. After about 30 minutes of taking a gummy they are out for the night. My five year old is the reason why I wanted to give it a try. She will get up at 8-9 in the morning and will go strong all day and still will refuse to go to sleep at night. There has been times I would have woke up and 1 or 2 a.m. and she would still be awake. But with Natrol kids melatonin gummies she is out within 30 minutes. I loved everything about this product.
