This product is great! My daughter says the gummies taste like orange and are sweet (no flavor complaints). Within about 20 minutes of taking, she unwinds and relaxes, and is ready for sleep. The effect is much similar to Zarbees nighttime cough which I have given to her when sick. In the morning she wakes up bright eyed and ready to go; no grogginess. I use this product sparingly, but when I do it's a godsend.

I love the bottle design and amount of gummies that come in the bottle. My son loves the taste and variety of flavors. He is always so tired but just fights his sleep so much that he can't get to sleep and winds up being up all times of night or I'll have to pat him to sleep. With these I gave him one and about twenty minutes later my son was turned over on his pillow fast asleep. My husband and I could not believe it so we tried the same with our seven year old daughter and sure enough she fell asleep without having to watch TV until she dosed. she turned right over and went to sleep. They ask for them during the day because they like the taste but I tell them only before bedtime. Such a relief to know my kids are able to get the amount of sleep they need to not be tired the next day.

The kids preferred the gummies to the melt in your mouth tablets they've had previously, but the taste was still a bit medicinal. These worked like a charm to help guide the kids back into their normal bedtime. I would recommend them, even though the Berry taste could be improved on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never heard of these gummies before and it is really hard to find a 1mg gummy of melatonin in the store. I like to give my kids the smallest dose of anything so they are not getting too much. This is a small dose and worked perfectly for my 7 year old and 10 year old boys. I tried it myself also just to see the flavor but obviously would need to take more than one for it to have the same effect. My kids only took one. I like that these are gummy but not super chewy or hard to chew (we've had some that are and these Natrol ones are sooo much better!). Similar consistency to a fruit snack. The flavor was good. It didn't have that medicine flavor so that was awesome. I would purchase these again and recommend to friends. They took about maybe 30 minutes to kick in for my kids. My youngest has a lot of energy at night so this made a big difference in getting him back on schedule from summer break.
