My kids absolutely loved these gummies. They smelled great right when we opened the container and the texture and flavor was perfect as well. I guess the only downside would be that they taste so much like candy you have to make sure they are only allowed to take the approved dosage. It worked well to calm them down and get them to sleep as well. I will definitely be purchasing these in the future.

I gave him one gummie 30 mins before his bed time and within 10 mins he was already settling down. Within 30 mins he was out like a light. Not only did they help him fall asleep he slept all night. The method, the gummies was received well by the kids. They tasted good (I tried one just to see) they were soft enough and not too gummy and hard. Taking them as directed helped settle the little sleepers so they stayed asleep. I would not want to use daily but for times when sleep is difficult to come due to an intense day of play and excitement, these worked. I appreciate the natural option and would buy again.

After discussion with my pediatrician, she recommended trying Melatonin. This product was the perfect fit. My child loved the gummy and the flavor of it. Instead of struggling to fall asleep we give her one gummy and she is fully asleep within 30 mintues. It makes for an easier bedtime when she is so wound up that she can't calm herself down. I have also tried it on my other children who are a bit older. They say that it helps them get a more restful night sleep which is exactly what I would hope for.
