However i did rate this a 4 star bc my oldest who is 10 it has no effect in helping him sleep. It may be due to autism which im not sure. But even after giving him a gummy he cant sleep and will be up all hours of the night.

However, my son did not enjoy this product & specifically asks to not be given "the gummy." It had came just in time for my car trip from Texas to Cali for with 4 kiddos in the backseat. I will definitely be buying this product more. The flavor was great ( i even ate 2 ;) to give it a try. I don't give anything to my kids without having our pediatrician look at it first and give the go ahead (which I recommend everyone do before giving their kids anything new). He said this product would be safe to use with our kids so we tried it. Our kids have the hardest time sleeping. They either can't fall asleep or they fall asleep just fine, but they wake up off and on all night. This is our third melatonin product and it has worked the best. We've tried the chewable tablets, we've tried melatonin drops, and now the gummies. The gummies smell good, they taste good (even I tried one), and they work. I've let my kids take it the last few nights and we have not had a single issue. They've gone to bed because they felt tired, a natural feeling tired, not a medicated tired. And they slept peacefully through the night. Those good night sleeps have helped improve their moods and energy during the So we really like this brand of melatonin and we plan to continue using this brand over the others. Simply put, for kids with sleep issues, it works and doesn't leave my kids groggy the next day. We recommend this product.

They both like the taste of them and the consistency is good too.
