They taste great, yes I tried one before giving them to my child. The texture is a little different than expected but not bad at all. We decided to give these Natrol Kids melatonin gummies and all my child could say was "mmmm" followed by "I love gummies!" So I think that pretty much says all you need to know, aside from- did they work? Yes absolutely. She slept several hours, and woke up feeling great. My 4 year old has always had problems going to sleep, even if she ran a marathon all day. Every night me or my husband have to go lay with her in her bed with all the lights off for a good hour or two until she falls asleep. Every night. We'll read her bedtime stories and all that good stuff, but she can't seem to shut her mind off at night. I am so glad that I tried these gummies. The first night I gave her one gummy like suggested on the label 30 minutes before bedtime and she was sound asleep in 20 minutes! Like a little angel. These are a lifesaver. I kid you not. I thought eh, maybe she was just super tired. So the next day, gave her another one 30 minutes before bedtime and same thing, 20 minutes later, sound asleep. Since they are gummies, I do have her brush her teeth after she chews them in case any gets stuck in her teeth. I highly recommend this to any parents who have children that have a hard time going to sleep.

Always having someone waking me up every few hours. I gave my kids 1 gummy each and it worked amazing. I used the gummies each night following to see if it was a coincidence, and it was not. They work great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The strawberry flavor is great and there's no struggle to get my kids to take them at night, in fact I have to hide them so they don't eat too many. It has definitely seemed to make bed time a bit easier however I 6am is still the forever alarm that I is known as my children, no luck with them sleeping longer. Overall good product and helps the kids get to sleep and no issues getting them to take them.
