I like if for when the kids are sick or extremely over stimulated. it's good for all ages. highy recommend this brand of melatonin, prefer it to other cheaper versions. this opinion is my own, I was given the product sample and review.

He is always so tired but just fights his sleep so much that he can't get to sleep and winds up being up all times of night or I'll have to pat him to sleep. With these I gave him one and about twenty minutes later my son was turned over on his pillow fast asleep. My husband and I could not believe it so we tried the same with our seven year old daughter and sure enough she fell asleep without having to watch TV until she dosed. she turned right over and went to sleep. They ask for them during the day because they like the taste but I tell them only before bedtime. Such a relief to know my kids are able to get the amount of sleep they need to not be tired the next day.

The method, the gummies was received well by the kids. They tasted good (I tried one just to see) they were soft enough and not too gummy and hard. Taking them as directed helped settle the little sleepers so they stayed asleep. I would not want to use daily but for times when sleep is difficult to come due to an intense day of play and excitement, these worked. I appreciate the natural option and would buy again.

Always having someone waking me up every few hours. I gave my kids 1 gummy each and it worked amazing. I used the gummies each night following to see if it was a coincidence, and it was not.
