She is autistic and has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar environments. This didnt help as much as i was looking for it to. The gummy texture is nice and the flavor is good too. She did not spot it out. Maybe the 1mg was just not enough.

They taste good and arent too gummy like other brands. They are easily chewable for both kids and adults. From day 1 my kids asked if they can havethis type from now on.

They are berry flavored little gummies. I give my kid one of these 30 minutes before bed. In as little as 15 minutes of her taking it she is ready to get pjs on and brush her teeth. Then she climbs in her bed and within 10 minutes or so she is sound asleep! Amazing stuff. Only problem is I must hide these because they taste so good and my girl thinks it's sleeptime candy! I had tried liquid melatonin before, and it had worked, but my daughter didn't want to drink it and is older now and can't take pills yet. This was my first time trying the gummies. Thr flavor of the gummies is delicious and they worked really well. I then allowed my children to take them and they worked amazing for them too! My oldest has a lot of trouble sleeping and these gummies helped her to sleep through the night. My youngest has a loy of trouble falling asleep but within about 25 minutes of having a gummy she was sleeping! They really enjoyed the taste of the gummies as well. They taste great, no weird aftertaste. I love that the texture is like a firmer, not so sticky fruit snack so your kid will love taking it. I like that the bottle has a wide childproof cap so little hands can't easily open them. Natrol melatonin really helped my daughter get back on a sleep routine, being out of school for summer got her off her sleep schedule. I absolutely love everything about Natrol melatonin gummies!
