Our children love them and it isn't a struggle to get them to take one at night when they need it. We actually have to hide them because they like the taste of them. They work really well. Our kids fall asleep a lot faster when taking these gummies. We plan to continue using these as needed and will probably buy more if we need them once these are gone!

I gave him one gummie 30 mins before his bed time and within 10 mins he was already settling down. Within 30 mins he was out like a light. Not only did they help him fall asleep he slept all night. They taste great, no weird aftertaste. I love that the texture is like a firmer, not so sticky fruit snack so your kid will love taking it. I like that the bottle has a wide childproof cap so little hands can't easily open them. I have considered melatonin many times but after her recent checkup, both myself and her doctor decided to give it a try. First I love that it's natural. It begins working very quickly, 15ish minutes after given to her. She only needs one gummy. Sometimes I even bite that in half, just because and it still works wonderfully. She sleep easily 10 hours, sometimes more. She also sleeps soundfully and peacefully which isn't a common thing for her. But she is also easily woken up.
