They taste great, no weird aftertaste. I love that the texture is like a firmer, not so sticky fruit snack so your kid will love taking it. I like that the bottle has a wide childproof cap so little hands can't easily open them. Natrol melatonin really helped my daughter get back on a sleep routine, being out of school for summer got her off her sleep schedule. I absolutely love everything about Natrol melatonin gummies!

I have considered melatonin many times but after her recent checkup, both myself and her doctor decided to give it a try. First I love that it's natural. It begins working very quickly, 15ish minutes after given to her. She only needs one gummy. Sometimes I even bite that in half, just because and it still works wonderfully. She sleep easily 10 hours, sometimes more. She also sleeps soundfully and peacefully which isn't a common thing for her. But she is also easily woken up.
