[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave these to both of my girls (8y & 2y) before bed, but I mostly saw a difference in the usage of my 2yo. She would sleep more calm and relaxed. They are a bit less squishy than regular fruit snacks, but still chewy. My 8yo didn't really seem to like the cherry flavor, but readily ate it. This was the first time using it and would definitely consider getting them again.

My son will stay up all night saying he isn't tired and can't sleep. As soon as I got the sample gummies I started giving them to him when it was bedtime. When you open the package it doesn't give off a smell like most gummy vitamins or supplements I have had in the past. I was able to give my children each one that day. We normally do not use melatonin everyday just randomly. My son quickly asked if he could have another! I was very pleased as it would not be a fight to get them to take these when needed. The next morning my son stated he slept wonderful! Great product!

I decide to wait until the night oh 4th of July to try them out because we was going to have a long tiring day at the park and the beach. And after the day can to a end I gave them each a Natrol melatonin gummy and not long after they was sleeping. It seems to work much better and faster than my other leading brands. I like the ideal it 100% drug free and non habit forming and non-GMO, vegetarian and free of artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives. The kids say they had a delicious berry flavor.
