I was excited to try them as I have given my two children (ages 10 and 7) other brands of melatonin gummies to help settle them down at night. Both of my children have a hard time winding down and falling asleep, so I wanted to see how these gummies compared to others that I have tried. At first, I questioned how effective a 1mg gummy would be, as I had previously given my children 5mg gummies with mixed results. However, I was very pleased with the effectiveness of these gummies. The kids liked the taste of the gummies and took them without complaint. Both children started to settle down and relax in about a 20-30 minute period. Bedtime has been a lot easier since the kids started taking these gummies. They are not getting out of bed a short time after saying goodnight, to tell us that they can't sleep, nearly as much as they were before starting these gummies. The children seem to be getting better rest as well and are getting up less in the middle of the night. I have been very happy with these gummies and would definitely recommend them to others.

I was quite surprised at how well they work. The small dose for me was perfect to assist me falling asleep. I have had trouble calming down, relaxing before bedtime so I eat one before dinner and another before bed... 10 mins later I am in bed and sound asleep! I have a problem staying asleep though. I wake up several times during the night. I can easily go back to sleep, but I have a hard time waking up when my alarms go off. The taste is good, Not hard or tough like most gummies are!

After our week long trip to Orlando, the kids needed a good solid night of sleep. We gave the four year old one gummy and the six and eight year old two gummies. By the time I finished reading the bedtime story, all three were calm and dozing off to sleep. It seemed to work within ten minutes. They slept through the night and woke up refreshed. I'd used melatonin for the kids before but never this brand or gummy form. I'd definitely buy it and recommend it to others. The kids loved he taste and asked if they could have more the next night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never heard of these gummies before and it is really hard to find a 1mg gummy of melatonin in the store. I like to give my kids the smallest dose of anything so they are not getting too much. This is a small dose and worked perfectly for my 7 year old and 10 year old boys. I tried it myself also just to see the flavor but obviously would need to take more than one for it to have the same effect. My kids only took one. I like that these are gummy but not super chewy or hard to chew (we've had some that are and these Natrol ones are sooo much better!). Similar consistency to a fruit snack. The flavor was good. It didn't have that medicine flavor so that was awesome. I would purchase these again and recommend to friends. They took about maybe 30 minutes to kick in for my kids. My youngest has a lot of energy at night so this made a big difference in getting him back on schedule from summer break.

She goes to sleep within an hour after giving her these and gets a good 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. She has a hard time taking pills so these gummies have been excellent for her to take so easy to chew.

My kids absolutely loved these gummies. They smelled great right when we opened the container and the texture and flavor was perfect as well. I guess the only downside would be that they taste so much like candy you have to make sure they are only allowed to take the approved dosage. It worked well to calm them down and get them to sleep as well. I will definitely be purchasing these in the future.

My daughter has a hard time relaxing and falling asleep at night, so I was very interested in having her try a product that was 100% drug free, non-habit forming, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free! She loves to eat gummies so I was very happy to see that these Melatonin gummies were Berry flavored and they smell really yummy too. This was the first time I had my daughter try Melatonin in general, so I was nervous at first, but to my surprise they worked great and she had no bad "after-effects." She also likes the taste of them! I will definitely be buying more of these when we are out and I will also definitely recommend these gummies to my friends and family members for their own kids.
