This is my favorite product by far. The kids fell asleep fast and slept great for that night. The kids liked the taste of the gummies also which helped in them taking them. My son gets wired before bed, it's like he saves his energy to just before bedtime. We needed something to calm and prepare him for bed every so often and Natrol had been great. The gummies have a wonderful flavor and are soft to chew. I noticed when my son takes a gummy before bed that he tends to sleep better without constantly waking and stays asleep longer. I myself have even taken one a few times when I am having a hard time settling for bed and am restless, I felt it has helped me settle into sleep. I like that it's natural and non habit forming so I am comfortable giving to my child. The kids preferred the gummies to the melt in your mouth tablets they've had previously, but the taste was still a bit medicinal. These worked like a charm to help guide the kids back into their normal bedtime. I would recommend them, even though the Berry taste could be improved on.

I gave these natrol gummies a try and I am very pleased with them. My daughter gave me no problem trying the gummy. I tried one myself and it taste great. I gave him a gummy as instructed on the bottle. Within 10 minutes he's begging to go to sleep. As soon as he his head touched the pillow he was out! I have considered melatonin many times but after her recent checkup, both myself and her doctor decided to give it a try. First I love that it's natural. It begins working very quickly, 15ish minutes after given to her. She only needs one gummy. Sometimes I even bite that in half, just because and it still works wonderfully. She sleep easily 10 hours, sometimes more. She also sleeps soundfully and peacefully which isn't a common thing for her. But she is also easily woken up.
