Adding the Alexa feature is definitely a game changer and fits right in with all the other Alexa appliances in my household! Battery usage is very good too! The only negative thing I can say about these is regarding the way they fit in my ear.......they are a little on the larger side,other than that, these are awesome!

The left and right stereo sound that they reproduce is w-i-d-e and amazing. This is true whether you're listening to music, audiobooks or just chatting with your friends on the phone. Download the app to your phone for more technical audio features. These earbuds are very lightweight and will provide hours of listening pleasure without getting ear fatigue. One of the features that I am em enjoying is that these earbuds only FIT in your ear ONE way :) Battery life is amazing, with up to eight hours on a single charge and three charges from the built in case/ charger. I really like it that you can connect to ‘Hey Google' as well as ‘Alexa'. My pair even connects to ‘Hey Siri' on my laptop. The only thing I would change is the lighted chevrons on the CASE. There are seven chevrons but only THREE light up to show a full charge? Overall, job well done JBL!

After using these headphones for a few days, I would recommend the JBL Flex Live earbuds to anyone looking for a top of a line sound with high-quality feel & function. Sound - After listening to several genres of music and tv shows I find that speech is each to hear, and the lows thump. Through the JBL headphones app, you can easily customize the sound to your liking. Product Quality - JBL has always exceeded in ensuring their product quality and this time is no different. The earbuds themselves have a premium feel made with high end materials. The case is small and compact, the magnets have a strong hold when charging your earbuds. The only drawback is the lid of the case. It feels weak and could possibly break easily. Also, I would like to see a lanyard loop on the case to help with misplacing the earbuds. Technology - JBL tech is one of the best in the industry! With short charging times and the embedded gestures are just a couple of the added values. Skipping songs, turning on and off the ANC, and pausing/playing sound is simple with the tap of a finger. Calls - With multiple microphones, the sound quality is vastly superior compared to other brands. Most of the time my friends cannot even tell I am on headphones. Sound quality is clear on calls, and it is easy to answer or hangup on call with the tap of a finger. Conclusion - Overall, these earbuds are a great purchase for those looking for superior sound and a quality feel. The JBL sound is epic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, really great sound. The app does a mini hearing test, which allows for unparalleled sound customization. The case is sleek and sturdy, the battery lasts a very long time and charges quickly. These earbuds don't come with silicone ear tips. At first, I was skeptical about how well noise cancellation would work. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that I preferred this design. While these buds obviously don't completely block out sound, other earbuds with silicone tips leave me feeling underwater with ANC, especially when there is a pause in music or in between calls. When I'm working remotely, I end up constantly taking the earbuds out in between calls, because I can't stand that underwater feeling. But these earbuds felt like the perfect compromise. It dramatically reduced outside noise, but I still felt present within my surroundings. When there's no sound playing, I can't even tell that I have the earbuds in. The sound quality with calls is excellent. These are my new go to earbuds for working remotely. However, the lack of silicone tips also means that they fall out more easily. These just don't work for me when I'm exercising or running around. So bottom line is, there's pros and cons. I think they are excellent earbuds, but not for every scenario.

Honestly, it would take a lot of writing to go over all the features included. They are a great value for the price. One thing to note is that the adaptive noise cancellation is effective but not perfect. Without in-ear rubber tips, creating a proper seal is highly dependent on your ear shape, which can impact ANC performance and bass response. These headphones do a great job minimizing steady background noise like air conditioning or office chatter, but given the lack of rubber tips, I wouldn't expect them to be fully immersive for everyone. However, this design choice also makes them feel airy and comfortable for long time use, so I suppose it's a give and take in that regard. Overall, the JBL Live Flex combines style, sound, and features at a competitive price, making them a solid choice for everyday use.

Battery life, quality of the case, style and durability are also important, but JBL always delivers in those categories. Fit: They fit great. Very comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time without discomfort. Now , I will say they are not a sealed fit like some of the other buds on the market, but the sound quality doesn't seem to suffer. Very comfortable Sound quality: As with all JBL products, the sound quality is reliably great. Crisp highs and deep bass. Style: Unlike some of the other brands that tend to be bulky and stick out of your ear, these buds are sleek and definitely stylish. The touch of shiny, gray chrome gives them a look of class. Durability: the case is very small and seems to be made well. I love the USB-C charging. And it fits easily in my pocket without being bulky. while I havent had the buds long enough to really test thwir durability, i have no doubt they will last. JBL consistently delivers!
