This is very cool, but it'll take some time to remember them all. I was excited about using these myself, but there is no option to change the size and they were too big for me. My husband loves them, though. You download an app to control the settings. It has a lot of options but it's yet another JBL app. I'm not sure why there needs to be a separate app for each JBL product. These are a great option for adults if they fit.

These JBL Live Flex True Wireless Noise Cancelling ear buds have changed my view. They fit comfortably snug in my ears, they provide freedom to move freely, the sound is so crisp, and the noise cancelling is almost too good. Watching movies or my fav show with these ear bud with the noise cancelling on makes sound so vivid and enhances the experience. Learning to use the “tap” for answering calls or pause took some getting used to for me as it is sensitive. The app provided a way for me to adjust sound for audio/video, “find my buds” sound locator, and all the other adjustments I am still learning about. The small black charging, carrying case fits easily in my purse or pocket. Overall I am enjoying using the JBL Live Flex earbuds because of the secure comfortable fit, wonderful sound quality and noise cancelling quality.

The only issue I had was keeping the airbids in my ear. The ears are a little smaller than the average person's so I had to keep pushing them in my ears so I don't lost them. I use them while shopping and when working from home. I would recommend these.

Often seeing people using them I was always curious about the sound quality and comfort. Upon getting them, everything seemed pretty much straight forward, from charging to downloading the app. During the setup, I appreciated the concept of an in the ear hearing test in order to calibrate the multiple frequency listening levels. This truly customizes the device to the user's specific hearing thresholds. When it came to putting them on, they felt like they could easily fall out. I'm sure this is likely to insure comfort, which they are. But I would be mindful while wearing them. When it comes to sound quality I was pleasantly surprised, especially considering the size of the device. Clarity is however what you would expect from this brand, "outstanding". The bass response isn't quite as much as I imagined, but I'm sure I will be able to increase it once I navigate thru the fairly expansive software app. But they simply sound terrific right from the start. I received a phone call while listening to music and was instantly able to answer the call with speed and ease. I told the caller that I had taken the call thru earbuds and how did I sound. They said that they couldn't tell any difference from usual. However, I was hearing them thru both ears hands free. This I enjoyed! My overall opinion is a very positive one. While I'm sure they are capable of far more versatility and functionality as the app seems to be quite intricate but not complicated. With more time to spend learning and auditioning them I'm sure I'll will like them even more.

The sound quality is exceptional, delivering crisp highs and deep bass that enhance my listening experience whether I'm at the gym, commuting, or just relaxing at home. The adaptive noise-canceling feature works ok. I think the design of these earbuds and/or my ear canal hinder it from becoming true adaptive noise-canceling. Although I lean more on the side of design. As I've used similar JBL earbuds with this convex design that simply does not seal well. With that being said, they are incredibly comfortable even for extended wear. They feel secure, and I don't have to worry about them falling out during intense workouts or while walking around. Battery life is another highlight. With up to 8 hours of playtime on a single charge (ANC off) and a total of 40 hours with the charging case, I rarely find myself needing to recharge. The quick charge feature is also a lifesaver when I'm in a hurry. Another great addition is the built-in voice assistant support. Although I'm not an active user of it, I still appreciate that it's there at a tap of the bud to make quick text, make calls, etc. Overall, the JBL Live Flex earbuds offer excellent sound, comfort, and battery life. They are fantastic at that. But if you're looking for something that's going to block off all the distractions at the gym, work, or anywhere else where you experience a lot of commotion and noise then these might not be the best fit. These earbuds offer a lot of fantastic tech and great sound quality, but its main selling point is the adaptive noise canceling. Which in my opinion falls short.

That being said I work outdoor doing landscaping and these ain't too great for that ! The noise cancellation was good for certain things but not with a blower on !
