The quality is great, great sound, long use time. The part that you insert in ear is kinda big for Women, my wife 5'6" can't get them in her ear deep enough to keep them from falling out.

These earbuds deliver good sound quality and feature effective though not perfect noise cancellation technology. While the audio performance is solid, I find two notable drawbacks: the earbuds run slightly large for comfortable wear, and the battery life is limited to approximately 5 hours per charge. Despite these limitations, they offer good overall value with strong audio performance.

If air pods work for you in terms of fit, these are perfect. They unfortunately don't fit in my ears well without some pain, so that's a bit of a sad thing. HOWEVER! Sound is fantastic, and the mic is great on phone calls as well. The noise cancelling isn't the best but once you get used to it, they're great. I love the app you can use with them, definitely a plus.

Great for mobile phone calls and videoconference meetings… very clear and loud both ways. But music lack bass even with the use of JBL Headphones app and set for “Bass” and adjusted for bass using the app equalizer.

The edges of the earbuds kept starching my ears, quite painful. Also we're quite bid and coul not fit well. I returned them.

The functionality of this product is not the same. I prefer the Apple AirPod much better. Apple is much simpler to use.

On paper, the JBL Live Flex Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds seem like a solid offering—wireless, compact, and advertised with adaptive noise cancelling. But after real world use, the experience falls flat. The concept is promising, but the execution misses the mark. The biggest letdown? The fit. These earbuds don't seal well at all, which means they let in a ton of outside noise. Without a proper seal, not only is passive noise isolation ineffective, but the active noise cancelling becomes basically useless. In fact, on a recent commercial flight, I had to crank the volume to max and even then, I could barely hear podcasts or music over the engine hum. Speaking of volume, these buds just don't get loud enough, which makes them borderline unusable in noisy environments. For travelers or commuters, that's a dealbreaker. Overall, a disappointing product that feels more style than substance. Save your money.

Noise canceling has no effect As simple earbuds they work, but bought with noise cancellation feature. Actually increased noise with active in some loud situations.

That don't get loud enough

These ear buds do not stay in my ears. The sound quality is good, however, if you move around too much they fall out and you have to retrace your steps to find them. I returned them.
