Great sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have great sound. There are a lot of cool features you can control by touching it in different ways. This is very cool, but it'll take some time to remember them all. I was excited about using these myself, but there is no option to change the size and they were too big for me. My husband loves them, though. You download an app to control the settings. It has a lot of options but it's yet another JBL app. I'm not sure why there needs to be a separate app for each JBL product. These are a great option for adults if they fit.
Sound quality is impeccable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Live Flex have become my daily wear headphones. I've always been a fan of JBL and I expect the sound quality to be exceptional, but the Live Flex surprised me. The sound quality of these headphones is impeccable. They are comfortable and the battery lasts as long as any of my other headphones. I wear them everyday while hiking with my dogs and I have never had any issues with them staying in my ears. They have become my daily wear headphones because the sound quality is so ridiculously good. I listen to a variety of music genres and they all sound phenomenal. I would recommend these headphones to anyone.
Great quality product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of these airbuds are great! They were easy to set up and very simple to control through the app. I used these while I work. The only issue I had was keeping the airbids in my ear. The ears are a little smaller than the average person's so I had to keep pushing them in my ears so I don't lost them. I use them while shopping and when working from home. I would recommend these.
I would recommend for those with bigger ears.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I instantly loved the design of the JBL Live Flex. I have several pair of ear buds. By far my new go to buds. I read reviews about fit. They fit perfect in my ears. Very stylish design. Perfect pocket fit charger.
JBL Live Flex
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Four features are critical to me when I buy earbuds. Fit, sound quality, call performance and noise cancelling. Battery life, quality of the case, style and durability are also important, but JBL always delivers in those categories. Fit: They fit great. Very comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time without discomfort. Now , I will say they are not a sealed fit like some of the other buds on the market, but the sound quality doesn't seem to suffer. Very comfortable Sound quality: As with all JBL products, the sound quality is reliably great. Crisp highs and deep bass. Style: Unlike some of the other brands that tend to be bulky and stick out of your ear, these buds are sleek and definitely stylish. The touch of shiny, gray chrome gives them a look of class. Durability: the case is very small and seems to be made well. I love the USB-C charging. And it fits easily in my pocket without being bulky. while I havent had the buds long enough to really test thwir durability, i have no doubt they will last. JBL consistently delivers!
Perfect sound. Perfect fit.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Live Flex ear buds are fantastic! The sound is perfect! It is that crystal clear sound you expect from JBL. They feel great in my ears. If you are like me, you hate losing your charge. These stayed charged for days. I absolutely love them!
Outstanding Sound Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Flex Live earbuds have exception sound quality. Whether you listen to country, Rap, R&B, Metal, etc...there is plenty of bass and treble. You can always adjust the bass or treble through the JBL Equalizer. The sound quality is truly the best thing about these earbuds. The second best thing is the adaptive noise cancellation. A tap on the left earbud drowns out all external noise allowing you to hear the crisp clean music. The earbuds a light weight and easy to put in the ear canal. Here is where there is an issue for me... the Live Flex earbuds don't fit well in my ears, in fact, I gave these to my wife because they fit perfectly in her ears, allowing her to take full advantage of all the features for extended durations at the gym. While trying these on, I was able to test receiving calls and the voice is very clear. The other feature I like is how small the case is. For its small palm size, it holds about 40 hours of play time, very impressive. We have gone days without charging the case. For these to be perfect, I would need a slightly bigger size to stay in my ear while working out, cycling, or on the elliptical.
Great Sound, Stylish, Sleek.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The First thing I noticed was how small the case is. These will fit anywhere. Compared to AirPods. JBL wins once again. Nobody can compare to the sound. I am very happy with what JBL has to offer in their lineup and this is another winner.
High Quality Ear Buds with a High-Quality Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL has created a high-quality earbud once again with ANC and control functions. After using these headphones for a few days, I would recommend the JBL Flex Live earbuds to anyone looking for a top of a line sound with high-quality feel & function. Sound - After listening to several genres of music and tv shows I find that speech is each to hear, and the lows thump. Through the JBL headphones app, you can easily customize the sound to your liking. Product Quality - JBL has always exceeded in ensuring their product quality and this time is no different. The earbuds themselves have a premium feel made with high end materials. The case is small and compact, the magnets have a strong hold when charging your earbuds. The only drawback is the lid of the case. It feels weak and could possibly break easily. Also, I would like to see a lanyard loop on the case to help with misplacing the earbuds. Technology - JBL tech is one of the best in the industry! With short charging times and the embedded gestures are just a couple of the added values. Skipping songs, turning on and off the ANC, and pausing/playing sound is simple with the tap of a finger. Calls - With multiple microphones, the sound quality is vastly superior compared to other brands. Most of the time my friends cannot even tell I am on headphones. Sound quality is clear on calls, and it is easy to answer or hangup on call with the tap of a finger. Conclusion - Overall, these earbuds are a great purchase for those looking for superior sound and a quality feel. The JBL sound is epic!
Great product held back by comfort issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intrigued by the Live Flex because it's rare to see ear buds with no silicone tip. I don't think I have ever seen them with active noise cancelling (ANC) before. The promise of crystal clear phone calls was a bonus because this is typically where true wireless (TW) buds have failed me. This review will focus on those differentiators which make the Live Flex standout in a crowded category. First the ANC. It is important to remember without silicone tips you do not have good sound isolation. No amount of ANC will change that. If you want to be totally immune to your surroundings these are not for you. However, the ANC works surprisingly well. I wore them for several full days of working from home. They did not have a huge impact there because the majority of the noise is from my children's mouths. Children talking has never been a strong point for ANC. I also wore them in a busy commuter train to NYC. Here the ANC was much more impactful. I stopped using my other TW buds when I commute because I had to listen at such high volumes on the train. These solve for that beautifully. I imagine they would be ok on a plane, but I'll still always prefer an over the ear option in the air. the calls were noticeably clearer than any other TW buds I have ever used. I conducted about 20 hours of zoom and Google meet meetings with no complaints. A huge win for travel. Sound is great. Vocals come through clear. The bass is impressively present. Even booming during heavier tracks. I listen to a wide range of music from punk rock to hardstyle and these didn't feel like wearing an audio sacrifice. That is a common problem with any type of in ear option and I felt perfectly content with these. Comfort is where I took away a star. I was super excited for the design, but they started to feel uncomfortable where the top of the bud meets the inside of my (ear bowl?). After about 75-90 minutes the discomfort predictably sets in. It's minor discomfort, but rules out the possibility of these being the only headphones I travel with.
