[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Live Flex / Perfect Fit won't disappoint! Great sounding earbuds, with a super comfortable fit. These will definitely be my new "go to" buds. The fit is very comfortable and they stay in place quite well. Easy to pair with phone and take calls pretty seamlessly. The total charge time is off the chart, 8 hours in the buds plus another 32 hours charge in the case! I downloaded the app that comes with them, that allows you to customize the buds to your preferences. You can adjust the equalizer setting on the earbuds, but you have to exit the song, adjust, then go back to the music to see if they are set where you would like -- would be better if you could adjust while you were actually listening to the song, but still a great feature to have. I also like the fact that the case shows you with light bars how much charge is left in the case from 1 bar to 3 bars. Overall a very nice sounding comfortable bud at this price range.

The design is clean and functional, and the layout feels fresh compared to most earbuds on the market. It fits nicely into your hand, not too big not too small, and the ear buds are more easily removed since they lay flat rather than mostly inside the case. The earbuds themselves look good too—shoutout to the silver beveled edge, which adds a touch of elegance. They look very sharp. Unfortunately, the design has a practical drawback: without flexible ear tips, they just don't stay put, especially if you're moving around a lot or have piercings that get in the way. I have a tragus piercing on my right ear and that ear bud gets loose much easier than the left and has fallen out a few time (twice into the sink while I was washing dishes, thankfully with the water resistance rating, nothing has gotten water damage). Noise Cancelling This feature is… well, let's just say it exists, and you can turn it on, but I didn't notice much of a difference with noise cancelling on or off. Without the flexible ear tips, there isn't a tight seal in your ear canal - they do not have a way to effectively block out external sounds by isolating your ear from ambient noise. Sound Quality The sound quality is decent. The soundstage and frequency range are good enough for casual listening, but nothing really stands out. Nothing really to be impressed by, but for most day-to-day uses, they get the job done. Overall Performance Here's the thing: these earbuds feel more like a budget option. They're fine for casual listening, but there's no real “wow” factor besides the slightly different design of the case and the silver detail on the buds themselves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a lot of earphones over the last couple of years, and these JBL Live Flex are just up there dominating the heavy-weights. The fit snuggly for my large ears, and I did not feel even a bit uncomfortable wearing them of hours in stretch. The active noise cancellation is superior in quality and performs well to obstruct the surrounding sound. This helped me a lot concentrating in office work, even though I have nothing playing in them. The sound quality is crystal clear, and I have been able to answer calls during gym sessions, at cafeterias without any issues. The bass could be better though. The build quality is also good. I was worried about finger-print marks on the black body, but have not seen that issue over last 3 weeks. The battery life is beyond expectations. I never drained the batteries using the headphones throughout the work day. The Active Noise Cancellation is clearly superior to the first generation and the addition of Adaptive audio is super cool and very useful. The headphones change super fast, and I do not have to worry about them losing charge. Hope you find this helpful, if you have any questions please comment them!

Does not has customizable size ear pieces. Too big for my ear

Very quiet. Far too quiet. Cannot hear music over the lawn mower. Useless. Waste of money completely

These suck, they don't fit in the ears correctly and there is no way to change the tips. Fall out way too easy and if your outside doing stuff good luck finding them.

The fit was painful so much so that I returned them immediately. They would not stay in as well. Didn't have them long enough to rate their performance.

However, out side of that, they do have some good key points about them if you can get them to stay in your ear. However they don't stay in my ear, so I'm unable to use them at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds have great sound. There are a lot of cool features you can control by touching it in different ways. This is very cool, but it'll take some time to remember them all. I was excited about using these myself, but there is no option to change the size and they were too big for me. My husband loves them, though. You download an app to control the settings. It has a lot of options but it's yet another JBL app. I'm not sure why there needs to be a separate app for each JBL product. These are a great option for adults if they fit.
