These earbuds are too big and uncomfortable for smaller/womens ears even when you twist them into your ears as instructed. They really should offer two sizes in small/medium or medium/large. As for sound quality, I can't comment as the speaker is covered by my ear since they do not fit properly. To sum it up, only buy these earbuds if you have larger ears.

Comfortable, styleish, and great sound range. Battery life was also good. My issue with these ear buds was that the fit in the rear was not super snug (like some with the rubber ear piece that his in the ear. Therefore, the noise cancelling was not good enough on an airplane and i could barely hear video i was watching.

Great earbuds, no problem charging up quick and connected quickly to iphone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds sound AMAZING. Crystal clear audio on phone calls, which I use these for 99% of the time. Easy to set up and very comfortable in ears. These are really great ear buds, and I highly recommend these!

2 stars is for sound quality but everything else about these earbuds suck!!! The fit is horrible and hurts. There's no silicon or any gripping material so they just kind of dangle with in your ear, unless I guess, if you have huge ear holes? Battery life is 4ish hours. They also stay connected to Bluetooth even in the case, unless the case is plugged in(this may just be a defect in mine) but this means they are draining while you're trying to charge them. I would not recommend these at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As usual, the JBL packaging is exquisite. i Have always loved their attention to detail in their item packaging. i feel its first class and well thought out. It feels like a much more expensive item right from the way its boxed. Once unboxed, i can tell right away that these new buds will be an excellent alternate to the Apple Airpods. The design is very similar. the feel of the matte finish is preferred over the glossy shell. The case is super compact with the same look and love the charge icon lights on the front. Lets you know how much life is left in that charge. The feel in your ears is very comfortable. It's a huge selling point for these. Bluetooth connectivity is super simple and almost too easy. Hooked up to my iphone 15 in seconds. I steamed music from a few different platoforms including iHeart, Pandora, and SiriusXM radio. Sound was what you would expect from JBL. Very rich, full and bass was not an issue. I love the professional sound quality of the majority of their headphones/ear pods. These new buds moved right to the front of the line when choosing which ones to use for the gym. I highly recommend these beauties.

From the packaging and the overall feel and look of the product is fantastic without shouting, "Dig me" The JBL app just keeps getting better and better. The set up is very easy and the hearing test to configure the Live Flex to your ears was absolutely brilliant. In my experience the test had consistent results after 3 and more attempts. Bluetooth connection was immediate with a strong signal that did not drop out even with moving away from the source. However, I could not get a comfortable tight fit, (No rubber inserts), which negated the sound and had direct impact on the ANC with outside noise leakage. With all the positives, the lack of a proper fit degrades the sound quality and renders the ANC useless
