We were a little disappointed with this purchase. While the pull out bed portion is fine, it can't really be used as a chair for long. The back is very low and uncomfortable. It can be adjusted, but really doesn't offer a position that would be comfortable for long. Wouldn't recommend due to functionality and price.

So far, so good! I purchased the Serta Chloe Sleeping Chair because I have a small bedroom that serves multiple purposes. It is my office, a place to relax (reading, Netflix, etc.), and a place to sleep. Prior to acquiring the chair, I had a queen bed in this room and spent too much time on the bed while relaxing. Now I have the correct furniture for all of the room's uses. For sleeping, the chair mattress is a little firm, but it is quite comfortable with a pillow mattress topper. I simply roll the mattress topper up and stash it behind the chair when not in use. Great purchase!

Received 3/24/23. Well made, it's firm like others have said. It's for guest so will have an egg crate mattress pad for additional comfort. Would have given 5-Stars EXCEPT, received with broken chair plastic feet. Shipping box pretty beat up but upholstered chair in good condition. Have filled out customer service form for replacement feet. I see it's pretty typical from other reviewers that the feet are broken. Hope it gets resolved quickly. TBD.

I love the look and concept of this piece. However, looks can be deceiving. It is not very comfy-cushy. It took a long to arrive and when it did the packaging looked like it had been tossed around a few times. In fact 2 of the screwed plastic feet were broken. The beige color I was hoping for looks more like a creamy yellow. The sides that you have to assemble are kind of awkward and it didn't come with any instructions. Sad to say after waiting so long to get it I am returning it.

Bought 2 of these chairs in Dec 2020. Within 6 months fabric started fraying and tearing at the seams on both. The hinges broke on one within a year of purchase, so it became a permanent bed. The hinges broke on the 2nd one a few months later, but we were able to wiggle them back in for a while. It is now also strictly a bed. I loved these when new, but that quickly faded as these degraded far more quickly than any other furniture I've ever had.

I ordered this chair on December 23rd and it never arrived as scheduled. After two chat sessions with customer service, it finally arrived today, January 25th. It was coming from Northern California to Southern California. Anyhow, the box looked like it had quite the journey. (See images.) After unpacking, the chair looked fine except for the few holes that were on the bottom of one of the arms. It was very easy to assemble. The quality of the fabric is okay. Not the softest, but it will do. The back only rests as certain angles. It slants at a weird angle that would be hard to use it as a chair for watching TV. So rather than using the pre-designed angle, I pushed it against the wall so it can hold to the angle that makes more sense in terms of comfort. I have a second sleeper chair that I paid about $900 for, so in comparison, in terms of pricing, I would recommend this product itself. It mattress itself for lying down is quite firm.

The beige is not a dark brown it is a light sand color that looks like it will stain easily. The box delivered calls it Carmel. Be prepared to be disappointed if you order beige. Also delivered with a dark smudge on part of the materials arm making it look dirty on the not beige sand color. It would've been fine if they did not misrepresent the color in the picture.

Everything about this chair is a disappointment. It would be my opinion only if I evaluated the fabric or how soft it is, so I'll get right to the point. The fabric has a ten-inch rip in it and we hardly sit in it. Snags everywhere on the material, I guess you could say it's not user-friendly. There's no real comfortable “angle” to the adjustable back. The first time I pulled out the bottom part to convert to a bed the wheels rolled right off of the guide and have continued to do so each time it's changed to the sleeper. It was late, too. I think it was January by the time it got here. For some reason it was on the west coast being delivered by some delivery company I had never heard of before. This is the first bad review I've ever written so I'm usually pretty flexible but this—I blame myself for falling for it . Sorry, Sam's!

I received this chair a little over month ago and the fabric is already snagging. Mind you, it's a nice chair and very comfortable, but I think I would have waited and paid a little more for something with stronger fabric. That's what I get for buying it online without seeing it first. I recommend finding a cover or something to put over it prior to use. I do like when you pull the ottoman part out to use as a bed there is storage if you want to keep linens and a blanket there.

Purchased 2 in September and here it is November just 2 months and multiple wheels have broke off, made black marks on my rugs nit to mention they are firm and hard and not comfortable for everyday use. Tried to add picture of broken wheel as proof but it wont accept it
