Was easy to assemble, quality is good and converts quickly to a bed. My only complaint is it's not that comfy to sit on. All and all I'm vary happy with it.

Very firm bed. Much better than normal “sleepers”. Makes into a nice lounge before pulling it all the way out for sleeping. Good buy. Seating is extra wide; can seat 2 people if they aren't terribly overweight.

Exactly as advertised. Easy to assemble. Using in my home office and as an extra bed for family visitors. Took 3 weeks for delivery- only negative.

Fabric is light duty, mattress very firm, easy to set up and super easy to change I to a twin bed. Plastic dusk feet on arms tricky to put into arm base

Nice bed; However the pull out is slightly smaller than the rest of the chair. twin fitted sheets a little difficult to put on. Chair and looks very good. The color I got was a good fit for the room.

Purchased this around Thanksgiving of 2020. Arrived in a December. It is already pilling and snagging. It's a nice chair, but isn't really comfortable enough to sleep on. The USB is also kinda weird because the cord is pretty short so why would I plug my phone into the bottom of the chair when I could just as easily plug it into the wall and I would have a longer cord lol. Not sure why they put the outlet on the very bottom. Not very accessible.

We were a little disappointed with this purchase. While the pull out bed portion is fine, it can't really be used as a chair for long. The back is very low and uncomfortable. It can be adjusted, but really doesn't offer a position that would be comfortable for long. Wouldn't recommend due to functionality and price.

The fabric easily stains, stitches are too tight and the locking of the back is easily broken. Unsupervised kids visiting caused the seams to burst releasing the stuffing and breaking the locking system for the back of the unit. It looked good in the spare room for a long time until it was kid-tested.

Chair is comfortable, but the fabric is not appropriate for furniture. It snags easily and wears horribly. I've owned the chairs for 1 year. Immediately one of the chairs started to pull at the seams. Several months later the seam I totally coming apart. With the snags and the exposed seams. I would not recommend.

I received this chair a little over month ago and the fabric is already snagging. Mind you, it's a nice chair and very comfortable, but I think I would have waited and paid a little more for something with stronger fabric. That's what I get for buying it online without seeing it first. I recommend finding a cover or something to put over it prior to use. I do like when you pull the ottoman part out to use as a bed there is storage if you want to keep linens and a blanket there.
