Very comfortable for sleeping and I like how the back of the sleeper is when you are sitting in the chair. This chair is SOLID all the way round. If you like a Firm mattress you will love this. We purchased Two one for the family room and my sister purchased one for her bedroom for an extra bed when we can have family members overnight again, after the COVID-19 thing is under control.

This sleeper chair is exactly what we were needing. The chair is very spacious and comfortable to sit on. Easily converts into a bed. As a bed it is not the most comfortable due to the uneven support of each cushion that forms the bed. Overall the sleeper chair was a very good buy.

This sleeper chair is exactly what I'd hoped it would be. Have been enjoying it in my sewing/spare bedroom for two weeks and have had no mechanical or fabric issues. It was delivered to our home in the box by Pilot Freight Services. The box was sturdy and it was well-packed, however we found two of the plastic feet were broken. Very difficult to discern when or how this happened. Could very well have happened at the factory when packed. We called the Lifestyles service number and connected to an awesome service representative to whom I emailed photos of the broken feet. He immediately shipped us replacement feet and they arrived in a week and we easily put them on. Our chair is a warm tan color; fabric is fine but would not withstand a lifetime of hard use (a good reason to add a decorative throw blanket on it). The chair is firm but comfortable (especially curled up in it!) and the (adjustable back and pull-out/pop-up foot mechanisms and USB all work fine. At $599 it isn't an inexpensive chair but I'm happy with it and it has met my expectations.

Exactly what we were looking for! We have the brother accessory which is a full size platform bed. The nice thing about these are the way the bed supports the body. The nicest hide a beds I've slept on sag and are uncomfortable, but this doesn't. In the joints where the bed lays down and slides out there isn't a gap where you feel like it's a couch. It feels like one piece. The couch and when it is made into a bed are very firm, yet that's how we like our furniture...with support for good posture. I don't know the quality...how long it will last, but we like it a lot as great accessory to the guest bedroom which we are using as an office, yet wanted something that would allow us to host guests.

I was pleased with the color. Picking a color on the website is always difficult but it was a nice light gray that I was hoping for. I didn't expect the chair to come in a couple different pieces and thank heavens I had somebody strong to help me manipulate it. The gentleman who delivered it wouldn't bring it inside the house but placed it just inside the doorway. He said it was because of Covid regulations. Had to strongarm the box in order to get the door shut. It is easy to make into a bed and seems like it will be very comfortable. The only issue I had is one of the footings came all smashed and in pieces and I am waiting to hear about a replacement part. Contacted Sam's about a week ago, and still waiting to hear. I have the reference number and all that, just not the call back I was told to expect. trying to attach pictures of the broken piece, but for some reason it won't let me.

We had difficulty with the shipment, it was delivered 2 weeks later then expected. But We are happy with the sleeper chair. There seems to be an issue with the pullout section once you put the 2in legs on it. It doesn't want to sit correctly on the floor, nor glide out smoothly. So we left the legs off. Other then that all other functions work great.

Very nice chair & sleeper, but the feet that I was supposed to instal in the arms were totally plastic and it was shred it inside yet the feet were not threaded therefore it was impossible to screw a plastic piece in. So I had to go to the store and buy my own feet to install because when I called the company they wanted to have me return the entire piece of furniture and send out a new one because they said they could not just give me new feet. I refused because I knew that I would probably just get the very same feet on the next piece and also it had taken it six weeks for me to receive my furniture so I didn't wanna wait again

There are a few things not told about this chair. The first- is the strange way a customer needs to build it. Cheaply made side arm shave to slide in. Another the fact that's it's not electronic. You have to pull all pierces yourself. And the head of the the chair is low.

I ordered CREAM as the color for my chair. It came in Light brown. Like a brown paper grocery bag color. Very disappointing. I truly needed it to be an off white or cream color. It was very easy to put together, nice smooth transition into a twin size bed. However, as a chair it is exceptionally firm or stiff....very uncomfortable. Also equally stiff and uncomfortable as a bed. I suppose someone could buy a foam mattress cover for it..... but that would definitely defeat the purpose of a simple bed solution because you would need substantial storage space for the mattress cover when not in use. To take it down the stairs and re-package it and transport it to return it to the store would be a serious hardship for me. I am 72 years old so trying to return it is not an option for me. It looks okay although the color is really bad... but I wouldn't ever sit on it. It's that uncomfortable.

I'm short. Chair doesn't fit me. Big. Looks good. Liked the tan color. Chair is very firm and didn't sleep good to me. My sister tried it out. She loved it. She had planned to buy herself a chair. I think she will probably take this one and buy me a different chair. One made for a short person. Loved the way the bottom of the bed pulled out.
