Came in one big box and was so easy to assemble. Great for guests to sleep on although a bed topper might be needed as it is a little stiff at first. Comes with two cute pillows and so great to curl up in on a cold day.

It's not really a Twin bed length, and I thought it was a roll out bed. I think the price is too high for a chair. Unfortunately, I didn't have rhe strength to return it for a real twin bed

Love the way these chairs look, nice clean lines, size is great and the color is true to the picture. They are on the stiffer side to sit on, but not uncomfortable. It is very easy to convert into the bed. I do however wish they would make a matching ottoman for them, although they are large enough to sit with your feet up on them I enjoy stretching out my legs out so I have purchased other ottomans but would have liked matching fabric. Glad I purchased the chairs.

Chair is perfect for my needs. Some points if considering this chair: Shipping could probably be improved (it arrived with one broken leg, though that should be easy to remedy since the legs screw in). It is shipped in a huge cardboard box with no padding to surround it. Considering the shape of the box and how it seemed to be just dumped in my driveway (upside down), I feel fortunate everything else was intact. Firmness - This will depend on preference. To sit on the chair or even to pull out as a bed, this is a firm cushion. For my family, this is perfect. Some may not like it. Fabric - Seems fairly sturdy, but I do wonder about the longevity. We have cats (with claws) and they have already picked a couple of areas, though it is very minor (as in it could have almost come from the factory that way). You would not notice unless you are being extra-observant like me. Ease of Transition to Lounger/Bed - Super, super easy. The back of the chair is on click-hinges (much like the old beach chairs). To convert from the chair to the lounger/bed, just pull out the bottom, then pull the handles up and out and viola - instant lounger/bed (depending on placement of the back of the chair). To return to a chair, just pull at the foot and push the cushion back under. This is way easier than I thought it would be. (Note: There is no separate mattress; the cushions become the mattress.) Overall, this was a great purchase and is a perfect piece to have around for overnight company when you do not want to maintain a separate bed. I'm so glad I decided to purchase.

The chair is very pretty, but not all that comfortable. A little to high if you either need an ottoman or to pull out the base for the bed. It does have some interesting features. The back goes down all the way flat or only part way to make a recliner or to sleep with your head elevated. We bought the chair because it went down into a single bed. Our little grandsons think it is "way cool" and can't wait to sleepover. Since they are little guys, the arms will keep them from rolling off the bed.

Ordered in december did not arrive until February. Getting updates from customer service was an exersize in futility. The chair is very nice and I am happy with the purchase. Assembly was easy but the color is not close to beige that we ordered. It is more like the cream color. Overall I dont think i will order furniture again online.

One side had lots of gap dont even look good coz of gap and also for refund u have to take everything inside the store and just too much work

chair arrived broken rollers were unfastened and guides were uneven and pullout dropped to one side

Beautiful.Just as described. Easy to use and a very comfortable bed. Fits anywhere and is actually a mini loveseat.

2-stars due to being way too firm! To me, this was a really bad decision to make this piece with such hard cushions. It is not at all comfortable.
