Had to re-engineer to properly assemble and fit

The chair came with washers spacing the wedges that mate the seat and sides in all the wrong places. Had to re-engineer the spacing and provide additional washers for the sides to fit into the locking positions on both sides. That took almost 4 hours of my day to get it to finally fit where the hide didn't have a gap between the seat cushion. With the seat back had more adjusting positions than provided. Bed is too firm for my comfort. The pro's are it is sturdy and the bed is easy to slide out and back.

Awesome Chair and Sleeper

Just received this chair last night. The chair came early! It was scheduled to be here December 29. Thank you!! The quality of this chair is amazing. Very well made! Easy to assemble. I slept on it last night. I slept great! Thank you Sam's Club for offering a very well made chair at a great price with delivery. Merry Christmas and a Happy Healthy New Year to all.

Great!!

I bought this chair to help me when I have knee surgery. It's great!!! Comfortable. Reliable. I have had this chair for 2 years, and I love it. My grands come over to watch movies or have a sleepover, and they love this chair. We love it so much, we are ordering a second one and getting rid of the couch!! It's perfect when you need that extra bed.

Looks Good but Doesn't Stand up to Use

I bought this chair 18 months ago. Soon after I purchased the from two rolling wheels broke. They are some kind of hard rubber and broke off the wheel. This caused floor damage to my hardwood floors. One of the plastic legs also broke and one of the seams is starting to come undone. Funny thing is we haven't used in a year because it was in storage while our home was being renovated. I am trying to find replacement wheels because I do not want my new floors damaged.
