I received this chair a little over month ago and the fabric is already snagging. Mind you, it's a nice chair and very comfortable, but I think I would have waited and paid a little more for something with stronger fabric. That's what I get for buying it online without seeing it first. I recommend finding a cover or something to put over it prior to use. I do like when you pull the ottoman part out to use as a bed there is storage if you want to keep linens and a blanket there.

Purchased 2 in September and here it is November just 2 months and multiple wheels have broke off, made black marks on my rugs nit to mention they are firm and hard and not comfortable for everyday use. Tried to add picture of broken wheel as proof but it wont accept it

Looks nice and has a built in USB charger, but that ends the positives! My in-laws purchased this for me to use while visiting, and just the shape alone isn't conducive to a good sleep. It has an odd bend to it they puts your hips higher than your head or feet. It's a very hard cushion with very little give. I finally had to scoot so far down that my feet were hanging off the end(I'm only 5'4), and turn my body kitty cornered before I was comfortable enough to sleep. At this price, I wouldn't be recommend!

The fabric easily stains, stitches are too tight and the locking of the back is easily broken. Unsupervised kids visiting caused the seams to burst releasing the stuffing and breaking the locking system for the back of the unit. It looked good in the spare room for a long time until it was kid-tested.

So far, so good! I purchased the Serta Chloe Sleeping Chair because I have a small bedroom that serves multiple purposes. It is my office, a place to relax (reading, Netflix, etc.), and a place to sleep. Prior to acquiring the chair, I had a queen bed in this room and spent too much time on the bed while relaxing. Now I have the correct furniture for all of the room's uses. For sleeping, the chair mattress is a little firm, but it is quite comfortable with a pillow mattress topper. I simply roll the mattress topper up and stash it behind the chair when not in use. Great purchase!

These chairs are so well built, easy to put together and OMG comfortable. I loved the first one i got for my home office so much that I got a second one for my sheshed! They delivered it right to my sheshed! It is SO EASY to turn into a twin bed, and the upholstery is sturdy and fantastic quality!!

I love the look and concept of this piece. However, looks can be deceiving. It is not very comfy-cushy. It took a long to arrive and when it did the packaging looked like it had been tossed around a few times. In fact 2 of the screwed plastic feet were broken. The beige color I was hoping for looks more like a creamy yellow. The sides that you have to assemble are kind of awkward and it didn't come with any instructions. Sad to say after waiting so long to get it I am returning it.

Within a few weeks the seams began to pull apart. There are now rips down both sides of the seat. Now the hinges that keep the back in the upright position have failed and we are unable to use it as a chair. The fabric on the arms has begun to pull and snag now as well.

Chair is comfortable, but the fabric is not appropriate for furniture. It snags easily and wears horribly. I've owned the chairs for 1 year. Immediately one of the chairs started to pull at the seams. Several months later the seam I totally coming apart. With the snags and the exposed seams. I would not recommend.

Received 3/24/23. Well made, it's firm like others have said. It's for guest so will have an egg crate mattress pad for additional comfort. Would have given 5-Stars EXCEPT, received with broken chair plastic feet. Shipping box pretty beat up but upholstered chair in good condition. Have filled out customer service form for replacement feet. I see it's pretty typical from other reviewers that the feet are broken. Hope it gets resolved quickly. TBD.
