I ordered this chair on December 23rd and it never arrived as scheduled. After two chat sessions with customer service, it finally arrived today, January 25th. It was coming from Northern California to Southern California. Anyhow, the box looked like it had quite the journey. (See images.) After unpacking, the chair looked fine except for the few holes that were on the bottom of one of the arms. It was very easy to assemble. The quality of the fabric is okay. Not the softest, but it will do. The back only rests as certain angles. It slants at a weird angle that would be hard to use it as a chair for watching TV. So rather than using the pre-designed angle, I pushed it against the wall so it can hold to the angle that makes more sense in terms of comfort. I have a second sleeper chair that I paid about $900 for, so in comparison, in terms of pricing, I would recommend this product itself. It mattress itself for lying down is quite firm.

The arms on the chair did not match the instructions: the hinges were upside down and on the wrong side.

Appears to be just what we w anted. - easy to assemble- delivered to our door into the room we wanted it. And the fabric is very nice
