Serta Chloe Sleeper Chair, Twin Pull-Out, Assorted Colors

I love this chair.   Such a nice addition to my living room.   Rather firm but the gray is classy looking and extra sleeping room if I need it.

Classy

Appears to be just what we w anted. - easy to assemble- delivered to our door into the room we wanted it. And the fabric is very nice

Cloe chair

The seems on the chair pulled apart to make a hole. I purchased around Christmas last year and it is ruined already. So disappointed it didn't even make it a year. Loved everything else about it.

Will not last

Bought this last Christmas. Use it all the time, the bed is firm. Only problem is that the wheels broke after a couple of months but just bought large coasters to go under that are meant to slide under furniture. About a 10 dollar fix.

I received the chair quickly.  The set up was easy.  The chair is very firm.  However,  after 1 year exactly,  one wheel breaks and the hinge on the fold down back has broken.  I don't recommend if you want to actually use as a bed.

Perfect for our guest room

Fits perfectly into the space and is exactly what I wanted. Feels great too!

versatile

I'm short. Chair doesn't fit me. Big. Looks good. Liked the tan color. Chair is very firm and didn't sleep good to me. My sister tried it out. She loved it. She had planned to buy herself a chair. I think she will probably take this one and buy me a different chair. One made for a short person. Loved the way the bottom of the bed pulled out.

Deep chair

I was pleased with the color. Picking a color on the website is always difficult but it was a nice light gray that I was hoping for. 
I didn't expect the chair to come in a couple different pieces and thank heavens I had somebody strong to help me manipulate it.  The gentleman who delivered it wouldn't bring it inside the house but placed it just inside the doorway. He said it was because of Covid regulations.  Had to strongarm the box in order to get the door shut.
It is easy to make into a bed and seems like it will be very comfortable.
The only issue I had is one of the footings came all smashed and in pieces and I am waiting to hear about a replacement part.  Contacted Sam's about a week ago, and still waiting to hear. I have the reference number and all that, just not the call back I was told to expect.
