We are missing parts. The box had the casters but not the washers or the cord that is supposed to be included.

This is a great chair and comfortable pull out bed. There are no bars or springs to torture the sleeper.

This chair is everything it should be. A big plus was limited assembly. The downside was a one-month-plus delivery time.

This chair is perfect for our den which occasionally we need to use for guests. We added a mattress pad for comfort and our guest is very happy!

The first one was delivered badly damaged. The replacement was delivered with 2 of the plastic legs broken. Good thing I still had the 1st one and was able to take 2 of the legs off it to replace them

The chairs are very nice. They pull out to a full size twin bed and are very easy to fold out. I would recommend these chairs to anyone who are cramped for space. They are very attractive also.

Beautiful piece of furniture. Nice shape. Firm to sleep in. Very sturdy and well made. Amazing fabric. Spilled red wine the day we got it...spotless after cleaning with water and rags.
