Love this. It is a bit firm to sleep on so will need to add a thick mattress pad in future.

Very hard. Could be softer to sleep on. Easy to set up

This is a great chair and comfortable pull out bed. There are no bars or springs to torture the sleeper.

We are missing parts. The box had the casters but not the washers or the cord that is supposed to be included.

This chair is perfect for our den which occasionally we need to use for guests. We added a mattress pad for comfort and our guest is very happy!

This pull-out sleeper chair makes a great twin size bed. It's firm, but very comfortable. Also, it is so easy to convert.

This chair is everything it should be. A big plus was limited assembly. The downside was a one-month-plus delivery time.

Nice size chair fits perfect in my granddaughter's room. Using it for an extra bed for friends sleeping over. Good Serta quality wish I'd got 2!

Easy to set up. Easy to convert from chair to bed. Very comfortable. Great to have the built in USB ports.

Nice, but it came with a spot on it the size of a cup saucer.....so upset. Looks like an oil mark but dry.... hope reach out to sams or serta...
