I've had this refrigerator for almost 5 years. In that time, I have had to have LG come out twice. First because the wires weren't insulated properly and it became so loud you couldn't hear the TV in the next room. 3 years later it got really loud and then it died completely and I lost all the food in the freezer. LG replaced the compressor and the loud wires for a second time. I wish I could say it works as well as it looks.

Have been on the phone trying to get a service tech to come look at it and have just run into problem with your phone people. maybe you don't care is your equipment works or not.

We can find things easier with having everything at eye level. Items in our old side by side kept getting pushed to the back. We were restricted by opening and we had just 2 refrigerator to choose from. The LG French door or another side by side. We love the LG, so much easier to see things in the top and in the freezer. Makes a lot of ice too. The ice tray holds a lot. The only thing I wish for is smug resistance. Shows hand prints. Having a training issue with husband lol to use the handles.

The icemaker is excellent as well as chilled water from the door. It’s a handsome looking refrigerator as it is stainless steel with French doors. I would highly recommend this fridge to others.

The doors could open a little wider allowing more room to get by the door shelves. The doors and front of the frig are not easy to remove fingerprints. Always looks messy. Other than that, its all good

It is very spacious and I just love that it has an alarm when the fridge is left open, since I have small kids. The only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 starts is the ice maker. It seems that sensor somehow gets blocked after some time and it won’t produce ice unless I shut it on and off several times. I haven’t called for assistance which I guess I should.

This is a great looking appliance and has the features I was looking for. Water dispenser, ice maker, glass shelves temp shows when doors are open. Very quiet operation and plenty of ice always available. I recommend this model.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our old one. This fit our space perfectly, and requires no modifications to our current cupboards. The kids love the water feature on the door. The internal ice box is a great feature as well as we used to have silicone ice cube trays, the stainless steel finish is amazing

French Door Refrigerator at a great price and are very happy with it. The size is perfect for us and it is quite lovely.
