[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About two years ago (7/2021), I a bough a French door refrigerator this product makes me happy in many ways. The space and the compartments' distribution for the different sections (fridge, vegetable, fruits, ice maker) make it perfect and comfortable. However, two weeks ago the compressor stopped working, but LG was very diligent and fixed it within a week at not cost to mi because it has 5 years protection from the day I purchased it. Now, I enjoying my fridge again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 1 year ago and I hate it. No matter what I do I cannot get the doors clean. I cannot adjust the shelves to put a gallon jug of tea in it. The coating on the front makes it impossible to get anything to stick to it.

The upper refrigerator section is roomy and well designed with adjustable shelving. I love that everything’s at eye level. The bottom freezer is also roomy and easy to access. Setting up the unit was easy. And the sleek design is an advantage. While not the largest LG footprint, it offers an amazing blend of design and space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in an older manufactured home and finding the fridge to fitin the refrigerator space proved to be challenging we finally found this LG and we love it if it's perfect the only downside is it does not have the ice sensor in the door which is not a big deal for us we don't use a whole lot of ice. But to finally have a fridge that works again is wonderful.

The bottom freezer is much smaller than it looks and the drawer in the freezer only slides one quarter of the way out, which makes it very hard to get food in and out. The refrigerator has plenty of storage room.

It took a couple of months for me to receive the fridge due to supply chain issues, but I had a specific space limitations, and this fridge fit in my location. It seems to work well, although I'm still getting used to where to put everything. So far, the fridge doesn't have any cold spots like my old GE (which would freeze anything that touched the back wall). The ice bin is huge. I'm still working on figuring out how to store items over a specific height. Some stuff will need to go on it's side. Plus, when I get my Thanksgiving turkey on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I'll probably have to take out a middle shelf for it to fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are still in the learning phase of using a french door/bottom freezer. Our previous fridge (17 years) was a top freezer. The placement of shelves on the door will take some getting used to. I wish that the shelves on the door were more flexible height wise. We wanted to be able to put wine in one, but.... The shelves inside are deep and will hold plenty of items. We just need to figure it out. The butter shelf should really have been at the top rather than the bottom right. The freezer again being a chest is much different than what we are used to, but we knew that going in. We ended up buying a 3 cu ft upright and put it in the basement for overflow of frozen goods. I will say that the ice bucket is quite a bit larger than we reasonably would need for two people. Unless we want to have ice cubes on the bottom sitting for weeks on end and then dumping them, WE need to shut the icemaker off until the pile goes down. Otherwise new ice will bury the old. Swishing them around doesn't do it. All in all, we are pleased.

We have lots of room with many convenient storage options. Also, it is so quiet! 100% happy with this purchase!!

There were few choices that would fit in my space and this was a great choice. I did have one issue with a leak in the ice machine but warranty service took care of it immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't believe any other mfr makes french doors, with freezer in the bottom, with water in the door, and with fingerprint proof that would fit in our very tight lake house. So, we love it and also bought an LG gas range and dishwasher. Ice cube maker is great - the cubes are a perfect size. Very happy with our decision to switch to 100% LG appliances!
