I bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. It looks nice but I have a problem with frost crystal build up n the freezer which is an indication that drawers aren’t closed properly. I have taken everything out including ice drawer and can’t figure out what is causing problem. After googling this issue, it seems to be a common problem. I guess I will have to call a repairman to fix even though brand new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new fridge. The only thing I would change is that you have to open the right door then the left door. To close it you have to first clos the left door in order for the right door to close. Really nice to have freezer on bottom as I don't open it much. Love the icemaker as you can turn it off and on.

Having the ice tray below conveniently provides space on the door with the water dispenser and the filter is easy to replace. We don't have the fingerprint resistance finish but the stainless steel looks pretty clean regardless and definitely not unsightly. I have confidence in the LG brand for refrigerators and have been happy with this model now for > 1.5 years. My parents recently obtained the same model.

Overall everything seems to be working very well - only downfall is it does seem to be a little loud at times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the French door feature! I wasn’t sure if I would like the freezer drawer, but I really do like it, it keeps food organized and easy to see. I chose not to use the icemaker, because it takes up so much space in the top freezer drawer, and I would prefer to have that space to store more food. I purchased an ice tray that fits inside a storage container and it works perfectly for me. The refrigerator is very sleek and looks nice in our kitchen. I like the lighting and the deli drawer inside the refrigerator. I wish the top shelf in the freezer drawer could slide forward a bit more for easier access. I’ve had this refrigerator for a few months and I’m very happy with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Refrigerator 20 days ago. It seems the spacing between the shelves do limit some items. Also the ice maker in the freezer is good except each time you need ice several times a day you have to open the freezer door. I am not sure if the ice maker has a full stop control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to spoil myself! The last one I bought was low budget, gotta have it now purchase. Yes, it worked and was sorely needed but it wasn’t ideal. There wasn’t a day when I didn’t wish for a new one;with French doors and a freezer below.. this one even let’s me know that I’ve left a door open. The built in water and ice are a nice bonus not a had to have. I can’t say enough I really love this fridge.

We brought our refrigerator online and it was available for delivery in a week. That’s great as we live in a rural, mountainous area! There is a lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. I wish there were more options for arranging the shelves. The exterior is not fingerprint proof!

My daughter has the standard version; everything is reachable and easy to see; extra door space puts frequently used items close for convenience, and it works great! we couldn’t be happier
