I've had this refrigerator over a year now, and am basically pleased. As always, when getting used to a new appliance, there are a few things that are different from my previous appliance. I wish there was more storage in the door. You really need long arms to utilize the rear space on shelves. Those are minor issues. Overall, I am well pleased with the appliance. I love the ice maker and bottom freezer. I had always had the top freezer, and this is much more convenient and it is spacious. Although there is no magnetic surface on the doors, there is some room for magnets and messages on the sides. I would recommend this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time for a French door refrigerator. It has two drawers for vegetables/meats, etc., but does not have other compartments (butter). Shelves are somewhat bulky, and adjustments in height are limited. Freezer space is adequate, but access tot he back of the main freezer and top sliding shelf is restricted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little distressed because there is limited capacity for wine bottles in the door. especially if they use the stopper mechanisms which add a couple of inches of height. I don't usually drink an entire bottle at once and I do like different flavors of wine. Some design accommodation should be made. Similarly when I set the main shelves to have some for taller bottles then the space between the shelves below becomes only two or three inches. We have resorted to using wire baskets to hold all the various smaller bottles and jars so that we can pull the basket out and get what we need (mustard, tapenade, jelly, olives, minced garlic, specialty spices, and sauces, etc.) Both could be answered if some engineers would design a compatible accessory that allowed for a pullout try for such items. The wine bottle issue might be solved by a two-bottle shelf mounted carrier that either sat on the shelf (One bottle above the other) or hung from the shelf, (Bottles side by side.) Both holding the bottle at an angle to make the best use of the space for additional length for the stopper. I would gladly pay for this. The size of the refrigerator is fine. We have limited space and don't want something larger. The configuration reduces waste. We keep leftovers at eye level so we forget about fewer things and almost always can see what is ready to snack on with just a little warming.

This was the only French Door fridge that would fit in my space. I love it. But I wish I could see the light button in the dark so I don’t have to put the kitchen light on to use the night light. I wish the door shelves have more adjustability. I also wish one of the door shelves is a butter unit with a cover. If I could buy a butter shelf as an extra part I would. I would also like the water coming out of the door colder. A few photos to show what items work best on which shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 30 inch refrigerator 3 weeks ago. We replaced a 32 inch top freezer refrigerator and didn't have a lot of room. We also were concerned about how much it would stick out. It just fits width wise. There is a wall on the left side, but with the extra 2 inches the open door just makes it sticking straight out. I put a felt sticky pad on the wall to cushion the left door handle. On the right there is an above counter oven. I put a rubber sticky pad on the door so that the right door would not get dented if the oven door were open. The 5 inches it sticks out are not noticed since it is mostly the door. These extra inches in depth give it the space inside that we need. The water only outside access for filling glasses does not take as much space inside as those that also have ice dispensers do. We love the bottom freezer - no more bending down to get to the lower fridge shelf. The only change I would make is make the open-door buzzer a little louder. The water runs a little slow, but that is because of the pin valve I put in the water line behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the extra "beverage drawer' because it also holds small yogurt containers, baby food and anything else small that would take up room on the shelves. The easy access water dispenser in the door is also a great features that helps keep the unit colder because you are mot constantly opening the door to get that water bottle. It has a very attractive design and also very functional. Having the extra drawer in the freezer makes it easier to find something without "digging" to the bottom to find something. Having two levels makes it so much more convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator during Covid and really like it. We finally have a water dispenser in an icemaker. The only issue was something fell off the top shelf onto the Mitra tray and cracked it. So just wondering if that really should be sticking out so much or perhaps it should be made another material. Other than that we love the fridge.
