[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refer about a month ago and it seems to be working just fine. Of course it should be. as its only been working for a month. The plastic in the freezer seams a little weak, but of course I knew that when I bought it. I'll write back in ten years and let you know. We have owned LG washers and dryers for the last 10 or 15 years and are really pleased with them. That is one of the reasons we went with LG for a refer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this refrigerator for only a few weeks and like all of its features. It is a perfect size for a single person. The one thing I miss is the lack of getting ice from the door, rather than having to go into the freezer to get it. The water feature on the door works well, but wish the resting space below it was bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t excited to be looking for a new refrigerator. But when the old one dies unexpectedly what choice do you have? When I began my search I discovered that since current fridge was recessed in cabinets. I only had a width of 33” to work with. Currently so many refrigerators are much wider. When I found the LG it was perfect … less than 33” wide. It had a spacious freezer on the bottom and double doors on top. The shelving on inside has so many pluses. They are adjustable and glass so that the lighting shines thru making it so easy to find things. And the deli drawer at the bottom is a terrific plus, so handy for all the meats and cheeses for sandwiches. And there is even water in the door. Wow, I was blown away. What started out as a bad situation has left me smiling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator-freezer for a month now and love it. Having the freezer on the bottom is definitely the way to go. It puts the frequently-used items at eye level and easy to reach. The bins, trays and drawers are all designed well and help with organization, once again keeping frequently-used items where they should be - visible and reachable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Plenty of room for us. Had to get use to where to put things when moving from a single door refrigerator to this french door style. It has an amazingly large ice bin. Just need to find out how to clean the outside to prevent streaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interior of the refrigerator sports a sleek and innovative look with much needed added space due to the design of door shelves and interior shelving. The lighting inside the refrigerator is great. There is a soft alarm that goes on if you forget to close the refrigerator doors after around 10 seconds, which has helped me already on those late snack nights. The french doors are much beter than a single door. The freezer, although on the bottom, is designed to easily locate anything and a convenient ice maker slides open as you pull the bottom door open

The biggest reason I did not give it a 5 is that It takes some getting used to having to make sure you shut the doors completely or they don't close all the way unlike others that magnetize ..it looks fabulous in my small but contemporary kitchen. I'm very pleased with the shelf and drawer arrangement and the temp control. Overall very happy so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the title says, it does the job. The water dispenser dispenses cool water, but just for a short period then cool as tap. Our fridge’s pump lasted about a year before we had to get it serviced. Otherwise, holds up okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one of these I've had. The first came with the house I bought two years ago. I fan kept freezing and seizing. I'd have take everything out, defrost and put everything back again. I finally got tired of this routine and replaced the fridge. Initially I was going to get a different kind, but as it turns out, this is the only one that will fit in the space. I've had this one for 6 months without issue, but then a carton of half and half spilled. I cleaned it up, but coincidentally the fridge stopped working, though the freezer was fine. As it turned out, the half and half had gone down the vent and congealed, blocking the air flow. LG repairman came and said the only way to fix it was to unplug for 24 hours and the pour hot water down the vent, which, he warned me, would go all over the floor, so I was to put towels down. Well, I did this, but by now the stuff coming out was pretty foul smelling, and even though I put towels down it soaked through to the wood floor, and in between the cracks and now my house smells like a defunct cheesery. I can't believe I'm the first to have a spill in a refrigerator of this nature, and I really can't believe that this is the only way to fix it. Poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the refrigerator 4 months ago and overall I'm happy with it - it works like a regular refrigerator. However, the special things don't work... meaning that I downloaded the app to monitor the refrigerator but the app doesn't work/not capable, yet it wad supposed to be. The water comes out slow and the ice is made at a slow rate.
