[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator during Covid and really like it. We finally have a water dispenser in an icemaker. The only issue was something fell off the top shelf onto the Mitra tray and cracked it. So just wondering if that really should be sticking out so much or perhaps it should be made another material. Other than that we love the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this fridge because it would fit into the space we had to use, but it has been great. It is smaller than we were used to, but it is configured well. The freezer on the bottom was also new for us, but we are really liking it. The only issue we have had is, it comes with stickers on the sides of the doors and we are having a HARD time getting them off and not scratching the door. I would recommend this fridge!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought our refrigerator in May of last year. had a minor problem ,had service order the part and installed it. the service was great ,no hassle and great service man that was very professional. i would recommend LG to anyone. its been a great hassle free experience.

Got this unit 1-17-20 and followed the instructions to get the frige set up and after installing the water filter and running the 2.5 gallons through it as stated all seemed well but then the filter started to leak. I have call customer service (very nice) and they are sending a new filter. I hope this solves the problem, other wise we really like this frige.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I miss my ice in the door feature. I also would like a bigger freezer. Like the drawer feature but the ice box takes up too much of this area. Reducing the refrigerator area slightly and redesigning the freezer a bit could perhaps solve the problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were really limited in our options due to the size restrictions of our kitchen cabinets. We were very happy to have found this refrigerator. It has all the features we were looking for in a smaller footprint then most refrigerators.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the French door feature and storage features…..hate the finish as we’re constantly wiping off marks that we don’t even know how they got there. Try to remember to only touch handles and inside shelves to pull closed.

This is smaller, but I'm able to utilize the space better and better organize with less space. The only issue I have is that the top rows only allow for minimal customization and our larger items don't fit with those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were in the market for a new ref because of electrical damage to our old one. We looked at many brands, features and price ranges. We thought we would never find one to suit the both of us until we came upon the LG. The quality just seemed to be better for the cost. When it finally arrived, we were very pleasantly surprised by the amount of space available in this size ref. To this point, we could not be more pleased with our purchase. We are looking forward to many years of service, which is still to be determined.

I bought this a month ago and despite two technicians coming out it is just not cold enough. Also there is a slot for a shelf that cannot be used. Lastly in order to have food in coldest part of refrigerator the middle shelf is unusable. This is not the model to buy.
