[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a refrigerator that would fit in a certain space. This one was perfect. Compact yet roomy. We were never fans of the ice dispenser in the door so we chose a model with an ice maker that dispenses cubes inside. We can still get filtered water from the door but the dispenser is almost flush with the door, a design that I really like. This is my first experience with a lower freezer and I really like it. The only thing that I don't like is the controls for the meat and produce are raised making it harder for me to pull out my plastic organizer try that I keep condiments in. However, it's not a deal breaker. This fridge is efficient, attractive, and compact. I love it.

I like most of the features of this french door frig. I would have given it 5 stars but there is no way to turn it off at the controls on the front. We needed to move it to hook up the water line. The only way we could turn it off was to unplug it. This model was just the right size to fit in the space between a wall and the cabinets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) think the clips that allow air flow into fruit/veggie drawer could be tighter as they keep moving around each time we put something on the shelf above those bins. 2) the drawer that holds ice should open longer as its difficult to get items out (aside from ice).

A refrigerator has one job... Keep stuff cold. This unit does that. What is also does is have wonky shelves that wiggle off the support system and constantly sweats at the seal along the middle. There is apparently no fix for this except to A) Replace the seal of a brand new unit, B) Constantly using a dehumidifier or C) Moving to deeply dry desert. None of which is what I would call a solution. Also, I freakin hate stainless steel. HATE! I never wiped down an appliance so much. Even painted White they show less of everything. I long for the days when a refer had cheesey taped wood grain handles and a crappy paint job that I didn't have to wipe down with every single touch.

This refrigerator is just the right size for my husband and I. It is very easy to clean and the drawer inside is perfect to store cheese and other items. It is great that it has the freezer below the refrigerator as it is so much nicer than a side by side. And the ice maker is perfect size and we never run out of ice.. It has little noise - maybe only when the ice maker works. We are very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this almost a month ago, and am happy with the purchase. I wish it had an ice dispenser but I can live without it. The amount of space in the refrigerator is amazing, and the ability to adjust shelves is amazing.

I bought this new refrigerator about 3 weeks ago. It looks nice but I have a problem with frost crystal build up n the freezer which is an indication that drawers aren’t closed properly. I have taken everything out including ice drawer and can’t figure out what is causing problem. After googling this issue, it seems to be a common problem. I guess I will have to call a repairman to fix even though brand new.

We brought our refrigerator online and it was available for delivery in a week. That’s great as we live in a rural, mountainous area! There is a lot of space in both the refrigerator and freezer. I wish there were more options for arranging the shelves. The exterior is not fingerprint proof!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! To be honest I was not sure having a LG refrigerator. I looked for other brands which I owned and knew as a brand for this type of product. My replacement refrigerator lasted over 20 years and I only hope this will be true of this LG. I am amazed at the features and inside compartments which stores more food than I thought.

Be warned, be warned maybe I got a lemon of a refrigerator but it was purchased April 2021 and it died May 4, 2022. Thank goodness that I bought an extended warranty it destroyed hundreds of dollars of food in my refrigerator and freezer when the repair man came from LG he was a very nice gentleman but come to find out the whole compressor and different other parts had just totally died he had to order the parts which took more time away from my household not having a refrigerator I have grandchildren in the house so you can just imagine what an inconvenience that was . I do not recommend anyone buying this project product and the model number I normally like a LG product but like I said earlier I must’ve gotten a lemon I pay top dollar for this refrigerator it wasn’t on no sales and forward to die on me within a year‘s time of purchase totally unacceptable and I would never do it again !! Oh and guess what one more thing… The insurance company is supposed to cover up to $300 of your food last I submitted receipts that I had for food that was purchased and that died in the refrigerator and after posting all of my receipts well most all of them because some of them I didn’t have available but it did add up to $300. Guess what they told me after reviewing all of my receipts that I sent them proof of purchases in black-and-white that they have determined !!! That I should only get back $200. I am so livid I better stop here!! ☹️ Unhappy ☹️ Consumer
