[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, my children bought this for my birthday in 2021. I was thrilled because I wanted a bottom freezer with French door upper refrigerator. It was a bit different setup than my previous refrigerator and took a while to adjust to the different shelf and door storage configurations, but eventually, I made the adjustment. I was surprised how deep the refrigerator is and kept changing where I put what. Then I had two children return to the fold and still haven't found how to arrange our different styles of sorting. Nevertheless, I am basically pleased. Unfortunately, in less than two years, the compressor gave out and had to be replaced. Fortunately it was still under warranty, so other than the inconvenience of waiting for service and replacement it was not such a big deal. I am hoping there won't be any further "surprises". I would purchase this same model again.

Well I love my LG refrigerator. The only problem is if something spills in the refrigerator there is no way to clean it up. The drip pan is actually located inside the refrigerator. Down the back side. To get to them you must call a repair man to clean them out.

The stainless steel is hard to keep free of fingerprints, which I am sure is any stainless appliance. And the exterior water dispenser does not seem to hold a lot of cold water. One large glass seems to deplete the supply and then there is a delay until you get cold water again. I read online that this is due to the new refrigerators having smaller water storage tanks. Sort of defeats the purpose of the water dispenser in my opinion. But other than that it is a quiet unit that has good storage for a 30” wide unit. If you are limited in the width of the unit that will fit it is a good good choice and LG products seemed to be highly rated.

Initially it was making a bit more noise than what I expected from a new refrigerator. But with a call to the service department and use of the smart link, the noise has stopped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it just a few weeks ago and we had to turn down the fridge temp because it was getting too cold which, is a good thing. We just had some people over for New Years and we realized the ice maker wasnt keeping up so well with replenishment. The next day the ice tray still wasnt full. So, were gonna have to go over the manual thoroughly and see if were missing something. If not, the fridge comes with 1 year warranty on service and parts and a 10 year warranty on the compressor so we might have to call for assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hard for me to find a frig that for our space so this one is perfect I just wish the shelves had more options for height adjustments. We love the filtered water access on the door. And my Norwex polishing cloth keeps it shiny and removes finger prints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge! Very spacious and quiet. The bottom freezer drawer glides right out and isn’t clunky like other models. I’m also a huge fan of the water dispenser and the fact that it has a filter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pleasantly surprised at some of the features of our new 21cu ft frig with a bottom freezer and French doors. The unit is just the right to allow cabinet doors above to open. Another quarter inch and this would not fit. Width will fit most openings and a little extra depth allows great space for large trays. A nice freezer feature is that the ice bin becomes accessible when you pull open the freezers door. You do not have to pull open another draw or reach in too deeply as in most other models I would give this frig an extra star if it had an internal temperature indicator. You can now set both frig and freezer temperatures from a door panel but you would need appliance thermometers to actually know if al is well. Overall we very satisfied. We did have a dent on the freezers door and another blemish bu LG is attending to that

It works great and functionally makes sense. The water on the outside is very efficient and has never spilled for us even though it’s shallow. We’ve had some issues with the freezer, but it was setup error as the Fridge wasn’t level and it made one side just slightly not sealed which led to it over freezing and leaking; then needing to be dethawed. But once we adjusted it and leveled it properly it’s worked great! Decent amount of Freezer space.
