[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG refrigerator. We love the French door on top and the freezer on the bottom. We can find things easier with having everything at eye level. Items in our old side by side kept getting pushed to the back. We were restricted by opening and we had just 2 refrigerator to choose from. The LG French door or another side by side. We love the LG, so much easier to see things in the top and in the freezer. Makes a lot of ice too. The ice tray holds a lot. The only thing I wish for is smug resistance. Shows hand prints. Having a training issue with husband lol to use the handles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge arrived beginning of June 2021. We love the size and features. If you always buy gallon milk jugs, you will need to remove an interior shelf if you do not want to store it on the door. We hate, hate, hate the stainless steel doors on the fridge- show all fingerprints anything that touches the doors leaves a mark that needs to be cleaned. For the price we paid LG should use fingerprint proof stainless on the doors- they have it everywhere else. If you do not like having to clean your fridge doors everyday- do not buy this model.

This is the second refrigerator I've bought in 2 weeks. Brand X delivered the first brand Z refrigerator with a big dent and couldn't replace it for a month. We went to Brand Y and bought the LG, which was delivered without a dent or scratch but no working water or ice dispensers. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not resolved the issue. No local LG repair in the frontier Territory of Wyoming so we are having to do it the hard way. I just hope we guessed right on which parts are the likely cause. Lg's people have been nice to work with, but the software is sub-par. I shouldn't have to re-enter all my information including the model and serial every time I get an email or text and have to follow a link to LG's website. The consideration and genuine effort to resolve this problem by LG's people is the only reason I will continue to shop LG products. I hope this refrigerator turns out to be as good as their people.

Going from a old school freezer on top that had ice and water to a french door fridge was a major improvement. Also the size increase while still meeting the dimension requirements from the previous fridge has made this fridge outstanding. I 100% recommend this fridge for anyone with a tight small fridge area!

Bought it nearly 5 years ago. Worked well until a few weeks ago and then freezer quit cooling followed by the refrigerator. Compressor was replaced under warranty a few days ago and hopefully we have more trouble free years. The temperatures seems to fluctuate more than I like, but we will see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this unit last November. We were told that it won't deliver until end of January this year. But we such great price we ordered it. The unit arrived on Jan. 30 on time. So we have used this unit for a month and half now. We love this unit not only because of nice looking but also functionally very well designed. The interior shelfing and compartments are very well organized. The LED light is very bright and make it easy to see everything. We also like the feature of the alarm which remind you the door is not fully closed for extended time. We read some reviews before and concerned about the noise level. But found this refrigerator is very quiet. You bearly can hear it running. The one feature available in other brand is outside ice dispenser so you don't need to open the door. But it is not essential anyway.

Lots of room in it, lighting is good. Easy to fill water bottle from water dispenser with no spill. We are very happy with this fridge. Good job LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a 36" side by side. This gem is 33" and has twice the room and is easy to organize! The only reason for 4 stars is the upper shelf in the freezer has a low back and items fall behind
