[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one of these I've had. The first came with the house I bought two years ago. I fan kept freezing and seizing. I'd have take everything out, defrost and put everything back again. I finally got tired of this routine and replaced the fridge. Initially I was going to get a different kind, but as it turns out, this is the only one that will fit in the space. I've had this one for 6 months without issue, but then a carton of half and half spilled. I cleaned it up, but coincidentally the fridge stopped working, though the freezer was fine. As it turned out, the half and half had gone down the vent and congealed, blocking the air flow. LG repairman came and said the only way to fix it was to unplug for 24 hours and the pour hot water down the vent, which, he warned me, would go all over the floor, so I was to put towels down. Well, I did this, but by now the stuff coming out was pretty foul smelling, and even though I put towels down it soaked through to the wood floor, and in between the cracks and now my house smells like a defunct cheesery. I can't believe I'm the first to have a spill in a refrigerator of this nature, and I really can't believe that this is the only way to fix it. Poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed was how quiet the refrigerator was, compared to our other unit which was the noisiest we ever owned. It also keeps our food at correct temperatures. Wish you made it 2 or 3 inches wider but for the size gives us plenty of space for . food

We were happy with it until the compressor blew out less than two years after buying it. Yes, it was free to get it replaced, but we lost a lot of food and it was a big hassle. Also, trying to get service through the website was a nightmare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought refrigerator about 2 weeks ago, delivered 1week later. Now in our kitchen we have 31 inches for refrigerator, and we did not think we can get what we wanted but you proved us wrong. Our refrigerator has double doors with freezer on bottom, it came with a built-in ice maker and water dispenser. We like the split shelves in that we can store different height items in a very efficient way. The crisper drawers all glide on wheels and operated smoothly. The freezer also has wheels on all shelves. When we first started the refrigerator we thought that it wasn't running but then again you have made it that quiet that you have to listen closely to hear it. It does keep the set temperatures in both freezer and fridge. Thank you for making a very well thought out appliance.

Wasn't sure we'd like the ice maker in the freezer but it makes so much more room in the refrigerator and it's convenient still to get ice. And we no longer have ice flying all over the floor from the dispenser of the old one on the door. We highly recommend this refrigerator.

Lots of room in it, lighting is good. Easy to fill water bottle from water dispenser with no spill. We are very happy with this fridge. Good job LG.

The water that is filtered thru the ice maker and water dispenser on the door tastes excellent! Of course I use the recommended filter. I drink a lot of water and even though the water holder will run out of the extremely cold water there is always ice. I would recommend this fridge to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are delighted with our new LG refrigerator/freezer. Interior lighting is really good and we can see everything quite well. Plenty of room for everything and the pullout freezer is so convenient.

I found this one and it was the perfect height. I wish it were a couple inches wider but it works. I love the French doors and having the freezer on the bottom.
