I did have a situation with the ice maker and the online service person found the problem and gave me perfect instructions on how to fix it. AND waited while I did! At the end of this review I needed to check that I got it free or at a reduced price in order to complete this. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT GET EITHER! This is an honest review given voluntarily with no enticements.

We bought this refrigerator to replace our old one. This fit our space perfectly, and requires no modifications to our current cupboards. The kids love the water feature on the door. The internal ice box is a great feature as well as we used to have silicone ice cube trays, the stainless steel finish is amazing

After extensive research, I decided to purchase an LG French door refrigerator. It wasn’t love at first sight since instead of the doors closing solidly on their own I was always having to hear the alarm go off indicating that I had to go back and be sure the door was closed… never had to do that with any other refrigerator before. But the kicker is that after having the refrigerator for 2 years, the compressor went out. LG is supposed to be a solid appliance. All of my food (6 bags ) had to be tossed. Even though it was still under warranty, I don’t trust it. I don’t stock up on food anymore(more expensive trips to the grocery store) and I purchased a mini fridge to keep in the kitchen just in case it goes out again which I’m thinking is a strong possibility since replacing a major component in a 2 year old refrigerator isn’t a good sign of longevity. Needless to say, my faith in LG products has been greatly reduced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] shelf space is not tall enough to put a gallon of milk on the bottom shelf - things get lost in the bottom freezer - not overall happy with this product. Wish you made a side by side in this width.

The refrigerator is well lit when doors are opened and the food is easy to see and get to. The freezer accommodates a large amount of food and the food is easy to get to. I am especially happy with the ice maker as it makes a lot of ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this to replace a 21 year old Kenmore that was still working fine. it took us a little while to get use to this one. After a week or so it really works well. Very good design for spacious storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Nov 2020 and had to wait for 2 months for the delivery and was glad that we were patient and waited for this to arrive. I have limited space in my kitchen so this met the measurements. Installation took less than 10 minutes. The LED lights, water only on the outside, and the plenty of space are all wonderful. I love the alarm beeping when the door is left open especially with my kids. Overall, my wife and I are happy!

After a year I'm so glad we got this beautiful LG refrigerator. Plenty of room in the frig and the freezer. My only complaint is the water thru the door system. Offers just limited cold water and drips water inside from the condensation from coiled water tube for water thru door system. But not a deal breaker considering overall performance .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever sense they installed this fridge there is a loud vibration noise that only goes away if I push the fridge. I have to get out of bed ouch the fridge and try to get back to sleep before it starts again. There is some kind of spinning mechanism under the fridge that is causing it. Tried leveling it every which way, but nothing helps.
