Nice unit but shelving edges broke right away. Shelves do not slide and cannot are left and right specific. Door storage and freezer is terrific. Deli drawer flap also brok on one side while flipping up. Food is kept fresh in bins and temp control, water and ice work perfectly. Unit hums sometimes for long periods of time. For the price in comparison to others is reasonable. Quality of interior could use improvement

Also the ice maker in the freezer is good except each time you need ice several times a day you have to open the freezer door. I am not sure if the ice maker has a full stop control.

An old home, a limited space for a refrigerator. But the LG model not only fits better in the space, but gives us what seems like much more options for storage, both in the freezer and the refrigerator. The air flow and temperature control keeps food fresh longer, the ice maker and filtered water work flawlessly. This refrigerator makes our kitchen life easier, and looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, my children bought this for my birthday in 2021. I was thrilled because I wanted a bottom freezer with French door upper refrigerator. It was a bit different setup than my previous refrigerator and took a while to adjust to the different shelf and door storage configurations, but eventually, I made the adjustment. I was surprised how deep the refrigerator is and kept changing where I put what. Then I had two children return to the fold and still haven't found how to arrange our different styles of sorting. Nevertheless, I am basically pleased. Unfortunately, in less than two years, the compressor gave out and had to be replaced. Fortunately it was still under warranty, so other than the inconvenience of waiting for service and replacement it was not such a big deal. I am hoping there won't be any further "surprises". I would purchase this same model again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Oct 27, 2020 by October 31 it threw a code saying it tried for an hour and could not defrost, so you had to unplug it for 2 minutes to rest. Did this every day until warrante repair people could come November 12th and by October 5th the refrigerator part quit cooling but freezer and ice maker worked great. Repair people came November 12. Found out when manufactured something wasn’t plugged in and was a 2 minute fix for it throwing codes. Repair people steamed it to remove ice and left, a Thursday at 4:00pm. Refrigerator still was 60 degrees on Sunday. Wher we purchase it was notified by warranty co. The personally called us to make it right. They came and picked up fridge and delivered the very same model 3rd week in November. Plugged it in and IT WORKS PERFECT. I LOVE IT. So my story is good and bad But love my LG refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picked this due to the width of it, I have a small kitchen n needed to stay at or under 30" wide. Down side I discovered after I got it home was 4 things . 1st is that the shelves arent adjustable very frustrating to fit stuff on the shelves, 2nd is the left door with the magnet strip doesnt close unless pushed hard to shut, 3rd is is runs very noisey & 4th is the bigger LG was cheaper by atleast $200. If I had a bigger area I would have returned for a different cheaper one. Liked the larger LG much better but stuck with this one.

I've had it for about 2 weeks. Still working on "arranging" shelves and food items in the door bins. The size of the ice is nice. It is very difficult to remove ice bin. The specs. says it has 7 bins on the doors. Mine has 6. It doesn't have a dairy bin. I will call customer support and confirm # of bins.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in Nov 2020 and had to wait for 2 months for the delivery and was glad that we were patient and waited for this to arrive. I have limited space in my kitchen so this met the measurements. Installation took less than 10 minutes. The LED lights, water only on the outside, and the plenty of space are all wonderful. I love the alarm beeping when the door is left open especially with my kids. Overall, my wife and I are happy!
