[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pleasantly surprised at some of the features of our new 21cu ft frig with a bottom freezer and French doors. The unit is just the right to allow cabinet doors above to open. Another quarter inch and this would not fit. Width will fit most openings and a little extra depth allows great space for large trays. A nice freezer feature is that the ice bin becomes accessible when you pull open the freezers door. You do not have to pull open another draw or reach in too deeply as in most other models I would give this frig an extra star if it had an internal temperature indicator. You can now set both frig and freezer temperatures from a door panel but you would need appliance thermometers to actually know if al is well. Overall we very satisfied. We did have a dent on the freezers door and another blemish bu LG is attending to that

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about six weeks ago, and it was exactly what we needed - narrow opening in the kitchen maximizing storage in both fridge and freezer, and a water dispenser in the door (which my teenagers use constantly) without losing all the door storage space an ice maker would cost us. The ice maker capacity and speed is impressive, though. It has worked exactly as expected, and we are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this has been an ok fridge. Fingerprints galore on it which is not a good look. But, the bigger issue is that the ice maker is not working and I've only had it since March. None of the online help for leaks is showing the area I am having issues with. Very disappointing. I now will have to put in a service request.

It has the room we needed as grandparents caring for 4 little ones during the daytime hours. All products are now easily viewable and accessible. The freezer is a dream with plenty of space while keeping everything frozen. I've even decided to hook up the ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago & had to wait a month & a half to get it (covid). It was the perfect size for my husband & I. It's taking a bit of time to get used to a plastic interior - drawers & shelves, as they are very lightweight but easy to adjust. My only complaints are that the exterior is not smudgeproof & the rollers do not lock.

Silent running and has really a lot of space inside! Hope to get many years of service and am totally impressed so far.

This is the second refrigerator I've bought in 2 weeks. Brand X delivered the first brand Z refrigerator with a big dent and couldn't replace it for a month. We went to Brand Y and bought the LG, which was delivered without a dent or scratch but no working water or ice dispensers. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not resolved the issue. No local LG repair in the frontier Territory of Wyoming so we are having to do it the hard way. I just hope we guessed right on which parts are the likely cause. Lg's people have been nice to work with, but the software is sub-par. I shouldn't have to re-enter all my information including the model and serial every time I get an email or text and have to follow a link to LG's website. The consideration and genuine effort to resolve this problem by LG's people is the only reason I will continue to shop LG products. I hope this refrigerator turns out to be as good as their people.

Wasn't sure we'd like the ice maker in the freezer but it makes so much more room in the refrigerator and it's convenient still to get ice. And we no longer have ice flying all over the floor from the dispenser of the old one on the door. We highly recommend this refrigerator.

I’m normally brand loyal and have an LG washer and dryer so naturally I researched the LG refrigerator first. After the great reviews on Consumer Reports I felt it was a great value with the freezer on the bottom and French doors which clearly shows the contents-it’s white interior gives it a fresh, clean appearance which you want in your frig. Very happy I choose my LG refrigerator!

On the day of delivery, it came completely destroyed. The store told us it could be another week to get a replacement. I call another store and it came two days later. It is perfect, and keeps everything crisp and cold. We are very pleased.
